Sirius refused to sell £500 million of bonds which would have triggered a £1.5 billion staggered investment in woodsmith mine .
where was GC then ? he didnt hold his hand up and say" we shouldnt be doing this , we should do this properly and in the right way"
Sirrius kept the £500 million for themselves, there was no investment, the shareprice dropped and AAL bought them at a very low price, meanwhile 20,000 North east Pensioners get shafted.
The email scandal proved him to be duplicitous and got Makes and history of all his posts removed .
He missed the water issue and got the esia delayed.

This is disasterous p.r. for emerson, unfortunately for us the sp has reflected this. CEO Grahame Clarke does not understand the responsibilities of his position and has proven this with his communications with childish twit.
