You make a valid point but I am hoping the peace agreement will be based on the autonomy of the new districts , LPR and DPR as opposed to being annexed by Russia. I am also hoping that even though they are making noises about annexing Kerson , they will return this if a guarantee is given not to block the water flow to the Crimean People

This board is about dialogue , it is about a coming together of ideas , and sharing news and events.

The main objective being to assess our investment in POLY and what factors are occurring around the world that may influence this investment.

I don't think the Eurovision song contest plays a part with the exception of demonstrating the views of people who feel emotional about the situation.

For me , it is about when the conflict will end and when our company gets back to normal.

Nothing more , nothing less.

I do not see any reason whatsoever to come down on one side or the other , only assess what effects our investment in POLY .

There are plenty of twitter hashtags and telegram channels to do this on and show support if that's what you want.

I have enough shares in here to make me a millionaire if all goes well , I don't know about others but if people express an opinion it does not mean it's about warmongering , but what may lead to the end of this war and back to near normal.

I have always doubted Bucha as it was never proved to be one side or the other that were responsible and satellite images of bodies did not match.

We will know in due course whether it can be 'proven' one way or another.

It may be just me seeing what I want to see but it looks to me like diplomatic efforts to end this war are increasing in the last few days.

* Olaf Scholz called Putin asking for cease fire 1 hour talk
* Austin from USA spoke to Sergei Shoigu asking for immediate cease fire
* Macron spoke to Putin
* Finland PM called Putin

In addition to this an ex French soldier who was on a humanitarian mission in Ukraine for 3 weeks says he has video of Ukraine soldiers committing war crimes and staging events like Bucha. he says the dead civilians in Bucha were ' transferred ' there to create a horrific image. He also says western media are part of the deceit.

*** Bucha was a key catalyst for Ukraine getting a massively increased amount of military aid and if this story is proved and gains traction then we could see western sentiment fall very quickly for Ukraine potentially forcing a negotiated settlement. ***

It has been suggested that western leaders are seeing the writing on the wall for a Russian success and are wanting to get ahead of the game.

It is also reported that the Russian attempt to cross the river with a pontoon that was a huge failure has now been completed and that the Russians now have a bridgehead on the other side of the river.

If all the above is how I think it is then we could see a negotiated settlement soon

or it may just be my wishful thinking

This account is not yet as far as I can see in western media and should be viewed with the same critical analysis as the original Bucha story until we see the French soldiers videos of the alleged war crimes and whether they stand up to scrutiny.

Different size economies but you have to wonder how USA gets out of this debt - high inflation helps and printing money
