Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Hard fact! The market doesn’t care. That’s why we’re sat near multi-year lows. Any profit will be used to pay debt and invest in growth. The only way to make money out of this is through share price appreciation which has been a shambles since listing. 22.5p to 9.15p another fact. People managed to get into this at 1-2p years ago, however the price had fell then from 22p!! So what has changed? I don’t doubt fantastic progress has been made, but it doesn’t reflect the SP. That’s my opinion, and I humbly respect yours.
Agreed, well highly likely based on past price action over the years, current climate and investors losing patience while waiting for something to happen. All imo.
Agreed, 8.7 support looks inevitable imo. No news due for a good few months (Q2) and seller still seems present. Should bounce of that as seen over the past few years. Unless that BE update lands, won’t hold my breath tho. Good luck all
Brilliant thanks Nick
Does anyone know what’s happened to the first phase tender awards. All I can find is they were in final discussions and would be awarded end of March?
35m more shares to churn through. Long waiting game continues.
Unfortunately, it’s always been the same. With the progress that has been made this year, some more big Brucey bonuses on the cards. I do love the progress but never seems to reflect in the SP.
Thanks PDub. I agree with your logic. Will be good to see them finish, if indeed it is them. They’ve had ample opportunities to sell between 10-15p, so if they average out, I believe they could still sell a fair chunk below 10p imo.
Someone is definitely selling down. Another test of 9p looks inevitable at this rate with no news on the horizon. Waiting game!!
Solid update today, good progress being made. This was never going to move the SP, but shows stability, and with V prices rising I think H2 and 2023 could see us back to a respectful Valuation. Hold and switch off.
Markets are taking a battering today! We are holding up well at the moment. Hopefully a positive update this week re cc or q4.
FAR have a higher Mcap than us now…….. crazy!
Not here to deramp just gave my opinion, you don’t have to like it, but no need for personal comments followed up with inaccurate information.
The $40kg V sales mentioned. This would assume every ton is sold into China, which it isn’t and all commands a 5% premium (nitrovan) which it doesn’t. V price is calculated as an average of the previous month. V prices in Europe have been steady at 32-33 range and China 39.5ish hard to find the American spot price but would assume somewhere in the middle.
As at October the average price was £35k as stated in the last update.
Either way, no need for an argument, will post some figures later if I get a chance.
All the best.
No probs, can you post your figures on how BMN will have close to a half a billon market cap in the next 10 weeks. Think most posters will be more interested in how that comes together than a few grand difference in unit cost.
I said barley, calculate total all in costs and you’ll see it is slightly higher than 32-33, will come down over the year with production increases.
Also, shouting out 35-40p by Xmas, q1 blah blah then calling me an utter pillock doesn’t add up imho. I guess we are both living in cookoo land.
ESSEXDOG.
Bushy is barely turning a profit at current prices, sentiment is completely shot and the market wants to see more consistency imo.
All can, and I believe will change towards the back end of the year, but with other metals currently flying, investors may opt for more stable/certain opportunities until the tide turns here.
Should be achievable in 2/3 years, patience needed.
Sorry two quarters not months. GLA
Respect your opinion PDUB, and agree if BE takes off then we will see a spike in the SP. Production targets have been good last two months, but we are not turning healthy at these levels and historical targets which FM set were nothing short of a joke.
That’s why I think it will take longer for the markets to see us with a more respected valuation, 2023/24 IMO 35/40p. Obviously really hope your right and 2022 is the year.
Poor decisions, missed targets, v prices and the pandemic haven’t helped. Most V explorers are valued around our Mcap which shows the confidence the market has in BMN. Sure this will come good in the next 3/5 years. Stronger v prices, consistent targets being met and good BE news. It’s just a waiting game.
