But hey ho the Buy Back Scheme has benefited which in turn has benefited Us The Share Holders.

Only Joking about Scottish Workers where I worked all hard working from Dockland .
But there was a lot of laziness mainly British Workers ,who did cry when they were made redundant
For every 1 hard working person ,there was 4 lazy sods
Glad that I got out at 43 and invested into Gold & Silver coupled with my charity work Happy as Larry.

This might or may not be the case ,but where I worked I found the the Few Scottish workers we had were full of Hot Air and No Action
Their Aggressive tone made then look as if they were busy ,But they were like Blue Bottles Rushing around doing nothing .
Then when the redundancies' came they were crying .
