i would like to apologise to all of you tonight for my some what aggressive turn. fact is - i dont trust lorne - at all, but i like the portfolio. i even like emmac, and think its a good investment. the framework of how lorne/mellon/mcdermott are invested.. made my blood boil.

but as you say - 2 of them are heavily diversified. i get that.

quint and doggo came to my rescue and made me look at this a different way, and put it in a different perspective. after a smoke outside and a glass of wine... and a bit of deliberation... sure - like you guys i will use this for what ot is.

leap/factom/intensity/jeuv - those are my calling cards, not in order.

but thank you for remaining calm, whilst i completely wnet 'off' on one and offered productive insight rather than bating me futher.

Quint... your average is about 10p - and you have about 38/45k invested. fair enough, your doing ok, and you no where the bottom is, and so you can be smug. im not questioning the investment. emmac looks great.

its the framework of the deal that concerns me, and makes me question the motives... and more importantly the passion that the BoD have in FFWD.

This latest transaction, coupled with lack of communication, lornes departure from twitter etc .... makes alarm bells ring.

i need to ask my FD tomorrow what he thinks about all of this. but.. .lets be honest... quint... if you invest in a company privately, and then do it again... using shareholders money via placing...

answer these 3 questions...

1. Prior to completion of the 2019 Funding Round, Mr McDermott, Mr Mellon and Mr Abony were interested in the shares of EMMAC....
so why ffwd now?

2. Mr Abony holds his shares directly or indirectly through Abony Enterprises LP..
so why not ffwd???

3. Due to the interests of Mr McDermott, Mr Abony and Mr Mellon in EMMAC the Subscription is a Related Party Transaction under Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
