Chester,
I think you are right with your analysis, but this does feel very worked to me, the price you could.now acquire TRx for is ridiculously cheap and very cheap money is washing through the system next 6 weeks are going to be very interesting and uncomfortable.
Havnt posted for a while now, sitting tight on my 6m shares
News one way or the other will come, good products, massive demand, shielded industry etc etc etc. This is now hero or zero for me the commercials of the products are so good I am happy to find out what it will be.
These sort of chances dont come around often so my thinking is I better take it.
HELU,
I think you might be right, dont think anyone unless its the hardcore investor will notice what TRX does over the next while. Probably will be a damp squib for a while.
What's everyone else looking at for a cheap steal at the moment?
I am all for the funding and happy to sit tight on trx for a few years. It will be comforting when the financing rns drops. Currently 6m shares just over a 1.1p
As for other ideas, if the market falls further then you could.probably sneeze cash at anything on the ftse 100 and make a profit when it turns (pun intended). Hope it goes lower all the way to 6 April so I can bag some cash in the isa
Walking bear, this is exactly my thoughts aswell. I would welcome the placing as this is a buy on future potential.
I read in the rns they are looking for circa 12m but this could include mid cap funds aswell. I would be happier if it was a raise of around 10m at 1p per share. This would give them the funds to get on with business and gain momentum, we will all win in the long run.
I think I will save the rns until lunchtime and have a good read, I am not expecting to find anything I did not already know or has been stated in here for months.
Patience is now required, I am personally hoping a placing is the answer, as a buyout would mean I lose the potential of owning a decent percentage of the story.
Chester,
You are asking a very big question, that is subject to market sentiment, if they meet the target and show growth projections over the next few years that are achievable then mcap from 20 to 100 million by end 2020
Whilst that's a massive range, you only have to look at this board today from doom and gloom to yay trx is the best in a space of 5 minutes.
TBH, if trx is bundled up by link and parcelled into a fund that would not be a bad thing as II's dont.tend to sell on 10 20% gains. if the article below is correct they should have that done in a few days time and we will get notification.
All this talk of funding, placing, debt etc. No one type matters, aslong as they have the funding to trading and grow that's all that matters.
I would be happy with a placing even if it doubled the shares in circulation. It's probably my preferred option as no debt payments to make, so frees the cashflow up for more growth.
