2.Why should he bother about loan companies needing price low to buy back shares?

I think if there was any big news coming we would see a rise a week or so ahead of it but happy to be proved wrong.

If something was gona be announced on sat then syme would not rns it on friday.
As market is closed sat/sun,anything can cone to light on those 2 days and syme would just need to rns it mon morning before market opens.

As you are just somebody trying to cast doubt on the company i doubt youd get your head around the complexities of it all.
