How slowl italian goverment are at implementing pnp i wouldnt be surprised if another 12 months for register to be up and running.

Im sure it was said that AZ could choose to receive shares back or cash.
Would presume cash would be market value of shares at that time.

I agree and questions above should be asked at agm.
Would hate to see them rinse and repeat what has happened before.
Then again one way to prevent that would be to make some money!

So a big chunk not returning till 2027.
So if we did take off big time and hit the fabled 1p tjose shares would be worth 10’s of millions and they would be allowed to sell them, then try buy back cheaper again.
Also if shares not already bought back and price shot up again it would cost them millions to re purchase.
Just cant get my head around them allowing these to be traded, not syme directly but surely will continue to cause price manipulation.

Ohhh that makes a change, tradeflow usually post about growing cabbages in space.

Well lets hope they buying shares back now and lock them away till 2027 otherwise would see another campaign to drop the price and as we have seen, it works!

One bright thing for me is that AZ has really been quiet in order to drop the share price for loan shares etc.
Then if there was bad news being hidden from us it would of been released to get the price down.
All talk is about these share movements, hopefully soon AZ can start sharing good stuff again with us all and break the silence

A few messages on TG yesterday slating people who replied to one of AZ’s posts on linkedin.
Having read the posts they are pretty much just stating facts.
Why the defence of AZ on that platform by the same people slating him on TG???

Could it be anything to do with tradeflow returning shares????
