It is a lack of funds, but that's not the hold up, we know that the money is held buy the court after they sided with us............! (probs borrowed) sorry Gord......... holiday judge bottled it, sent us both to Arb, easy way out, and a career moment for one judge, and a massive dodge for a real judge :()
