but this is purely about ACTX flagged trades (the annoying multiple small at Bid or Ask price), flagged as cross over at price here............! no MM's involved IMO............ :)

don't think of 'em as buys or sells, like you do with a MM, these are neutral trades where the buyer an seller are matched, hence doesn't affect the SP, or shouldn't...........!

On one hand, the legitimate hand, buying or selling shares for their client with out moving the market. But on the other hand, conspiracy hand, it don't look good when you see a lot of red trades, on the Bid regardless of individual size.............! looks great when their all blue mind................ :()
