the funds raised are completely separate to funds that the US group will fund their 50% of the new Well......! :)

the funds will be in our coffers, and will fund our 50% costs of the new well......! :()

the 60/40 split I already got from the Vid, which is we will charge the US group 20% of gross production processed at M3 Helium's facility at Rost, as we will then effectively own 1 and a half producing Wells whilst using our 100% owned process facility.......! :)
