What does people on the ground mean?

It means “the people working at the basic level” In a retail business, the people on the ground are the salespeople who actually deal with the customers. In an army, the expression “boots on the ground” means infantry soldiers who actually deal with the enemy on a regular basis.

Would mean you have an inside track, however, the people on the ground would struggle to come to such an accurate SP target of 1.12p IMO.........! :()

We have Proj III JV/farm out imminent as in early August, that's been the strategic focus for the company. Big'un dat..........! :()

And now we have a 14 week count down (early November) to CCS kicking off wiv a pilot.......! :)
