Afternoon All
As my previous posts i am at CC Hatfield.We have recently hosted new employees aquired through the Pivot takeover and from Bt France,not to mention the new branch in Romania.All were here to gain experience of what the comany does and how things work and by all accounts was very sucessful.
I personally maintain once we can crack a few big ones in the USA then the sky is the limit.The ops centre is working around the clock at Hatfield to cope with contracts,i noticed the 5year forecast for this share is estimated by the city to be £62.

My opinion is keep taking the dividends.This share will rise,good results after Christmas can easily move this past £3.00 in my opinion.

I do not claim to be an expert but i plan to hold for the time being to see if the buyback has any impact.We are in an improving condition as i see it.

Although some may consider long overdue,credit where credit is due.I have long thought the company is sound purely because every time i visit my local Hatfield or Potters Bar stores they are always very busy.The public trust Tesco in my eyes for quality and substance.

Relax a bit.Nothing to suggest Tesco would be open to a takeover.Secondly,how long did it take to get the special dividend from conception.

I have 18months to go,not going past 66 whatever happens.I may spend time buying/selling,starting with a small amount whilst i gain experience.
Tip,i work for Computacenter,currently at £30.The city sees this as a £47 share in 5years.Worth a look

Leas/Owl85,i was being totally selfish as my wife retires from Tesco next week after 21years and you are correct in what you say.

I summise that if a takeover were ever to happen it would be a couple of years down the road.
Does anyone have an opinion what the offer per share might be

A definite buzz around the Hatfield site this morning.All eyes on Sept 9th

Everything has a price.Personally from being in a likely position to sell when/if it reached £2.50 i will now hold and see what happens.Only got 15000 shares but might be a decent takeover price were it to happen

Happy to pass on information.The company are winning business,Daimler 145mil,Sky,etc and we are told another massive Dept of Education contract starting in Sept,500000 laptops.The Hatfield site will revert back to 24/7 hours Sept/Jan.
The latest SAYE will launch soon and i always advise any staff eligible to seize the oppurtunity.We are offered 10% for a 3yr contract and 20% for 5year which i have always done.I have 2750 options coming out Dec 21 which i took at £5.77 per share so a hefty bonus.

Yes,been here 20yrs and watched them grow.I believe the USA is the key to future grow of the company.The workforce has steadily increased over there and we are told they are performing very well.
A branch in Cluj,Romania is due to open as well.Onwards and upwards.

My wife holds a lot of shares in Tesco and i monitor for her as she does not have the interest.Only this morning individuals were posting negative,i believe ite called ramping,paid de-rampers.

As an employee of CC i have just read this weeks notes from Mike Norris and it continues to be very positive.A few weeks ago information gleaned from the market suggests this could be £47 per share in 5years.

Waiting for the 9th sept when results are announced,this could easily go beyond £30.
The CEO commented in his weekly address to staff last week that we will see just how well the company have performed.
