One thing for sure the BOD werent offered 14p a share. Or said no to 14p but we will go for 12p!!! Funding doesn"t come so easy in our sector, we learned that at 10p.....................but nothing else has changed, except our ability to bring it all on.

Well i missed yesterday, after seeing the RNS, slept through to this morning. Sensible post, inanaco, the way i see it we have around �11m in cash, the most we have ever had, the Grand Challenge, and our MOD1s lined up. Wasn"t all that amused with 12p, but a Scancell funded with �11m is worth a darn bit more than 12p!!! Onwards, forwards we go.

Just reading RNS of the technology from Nottingham Uni. Can anyone explain its benefit to Scancell??

What choices were there at this point? Take it or leave it? Try for a higher price and risk being under-subscribed? If they left it, the elephant gets bigger as cash runs lower, the SP drops, the price will end up lower anyway .... It must be a tough job funding an AIM bio!

The cash in hand, without this money, should be north of �3m. We have our most cash ever......................I trust Scancell will spend it well.

Well we have had this situation for some time, how would we fund the trial?? My thoughts were always on a deal like SCIB2 got from CRUK. Well timelines for us to submit our IND and trial to begin early 2019, will happen now, we are going alone. IMHO Scancell, in a recent RNS discussed last week the trial was ended with (if funds allow). Key words now. . Let the initial dissappointment of a placing at 12p recede, we are at least funded for some time with big hopes for this trial ATB

Disappointed it went to a placing for now at just 12p............................roll on the SCIB1 Trial for starters.
