Good question and i"ve just seen the RNS. TBH always felt buyers were waiting for sub 12, a few were being sold at 12.10/12.07.

As we have seen again this week we have a very active seller , down to 11.50, the rush i was expecting at sub 12 didn"t occur and i did say i would have been quite happy paying 12.10

Glad we did have that discussion about Grand Challenege, quite happy to admit i have never been very clear on distribution of prize money or terms. Taking many factors into consideration. that word "potentially" screams out, as the possibilities roll out. I will be looking to see if this seller has much more gunpowder, but the price does look very cheap. As i said to deadly i would have had few qualms buying at 12.10 taking into account recent spikes and potential game changing news this year. It is the AIM market that bothers me far more than Scancell. GL

Deadly, very much so.. Interesting though everyone has there own interpretation of it. Someone called it just a competition last week. IMO far more than that, and as ever not priced in.

Just thinking on, in the event of winning the prize or not, we could be playing a blinder here. Talk about getting to know your future partners.

Presuming the IND was being held up by the Ichor agreement, I presume all the paperwork has been ready for submission, therefore will be no surprise to see that RNS this week too.

More interestinly, it is only about 10/11 weeks until our AGM.. Time does fly, and i presume many issues might become clearer as the day arrives. It is also just about 15 weeks until the results of the Grand Challenge, not so long, and regardless of balance sheets the important factor i focused on yesterday is if we win, Moditope wins, therefore in a non dilutive way we secure funding to take MODI 3 forward and cement relationships with those involved in the team. Hard to see anything other than a win/win scenario in any succesful outcome.

Despite what some might feel is negative posting, have no doubt, i am holding 120k, only want it to go one way UP and will run with those shares, however tempted i am to purchase more on weakness. Just wanted to make that clear, nothing has really changed for me, except have no issue voicing an opinion. After all, the market has pretty much ignored my urgings to go higher for years, pretty sure it wont bite me just for being honest. i welcome any posts that counter my view as indeed happened yesterday over prize money distribution. Guess we all learned something new yesterday too.

Morning to you, sorry i didn"t responsd to your last message. I actually do sleep, but London is burning!!!! Well it certainly feels like it and whilst at 62 i don"t qualify as old.......I think..........i do qualify as pretty sick. This weather is seriously debilitating, hence no sleep.

Will take a look. You do come up with some interesting posts, tell me, it makes little difference are you a shareholder here? and what are your thoughts on Scancell and our platforms?

Thanks for your note. Not wanting to be evasive but unfortunately I am not at liberty to divulge that information. The Grand Challenge proposal includes a diverse consortium of academic, industry and clinical groups and there are detailed budgets associated with each member’s activities including ‘in-kind’ commitments by some. The key upside to the GC, if we are successful, is that significant resources will be directed to the development and clinical assessment of a new Moditope vaccine by some of the best minds in the field of immuno-oncology.

I shall refrain from mentioning your utter condemnation of ""bothering" the BOD.!!!!!

We as shareholders are entitled and grateful to be able to ask the BOD questions, in the strict understanding not to do so to seek inside information. We know they wont, and i don"t consider that as seeking" inside "info. It is asking for clarification of the deal Scancell RNSed which we debated all day yesterday. The answer should be clear IMHO and available.

I was very disappointed with that reply for those reasons. I favour constructrive criticism over just finding fault, and as a result pose a question. Presuming Ichor is the reason for the IND delay, option now extended, and payment terms announced ""Why cant we just add to yesterdays RNS with as a result, the BODs intention is to submit the IND ASAP""" Is that too much?? It certainly stops doubt and would perhaps stop a few selling because they are in doubt.

I would also stand by my comment weeks ago with the SP At 15p that we should have RNSed the Moditope Patent was now in effect. Just perhaps the fall would have been thwarted for a while, maybe not, but do sing when you secure a major issue.

I hope that readdresses some points which i feel have been wrongly mocked, i stand by calling this BB in a dreadful state, and once again we saw that yesterday. We all come from different walks in life but the vast majority share decency, it would be a good reminder, again, to try and employ that decency where it matters most, here!!!

TF, please listen, refrain from any knee jerk response, Scancell is very important to us all to varying degrees, lets get this BB back to decency, maybe for the first time, yesterday was a prime example of what should have been discussed already.

I have little doubt that JC, CH , LD and others are flat to the boards, they know what is happening, i just feel that to attract investors Scancel need to provide some answers and soon. TF, whilst i do not expect miracles, i do not expect the vitriol and belittling that comes so easy to you.

I also endorse Rucks recent comments, it had more than crossed my mind.

Barbel, how relieved was I to read the last part of your sentence, anything but anything is more welcome to me than that.

Yes i have been critical of a few things this year, which has been conveniently put down to my impatience, and my ungratefulness is watching us slide to sub 12p, lol.

After yesterdays demonstration, however, i do think some good points were made, i am still left not knowing what we are really doing, where we are with SCIB1/2 trials and as a result feeling as uncomfortable as i ever have with my holding here, mainly due to so many unclear timelines.. My issues were largely there for all to see as arguments over lack of clarity in RNSs spilled over, each one leaving many unknowns instead of hard facts. Is an RNS meant to leave so many different opinions? as too what they are actually sayin

TF, as a result of being honest about my feelings, you have stalked me for a very long time, twisted my posts and actes as a cheerleader to Scancell and dare i say Inanaco. I have largely ignored much of it, that ends here. On Monday you dug up a post i made on ADVFN not so long ago, whilst twisting its context. The positive yesterday was hearing from so many old faces, the negative the reason why so many do not post here. I would rather take on board some of the points made by Inanaco and Tosh, but the venom in debate contributes to this BB being in a dreadful state. Something you deny.
