Can somebody perhaps with a better understanding than me, explain what is behind the ask moving up to 12.50? Presumably the 2 x 50k trades are bed and ISA? Meanwhislt CNKS take another 105k shares at 11.75 , fully expect them to take up the ask at 12.3 soon, as they have engineered price movements all week. Thanks.

nomlungu, glad to hear you have taken as you say "a speculative position" here. The survival rates are indeed impressive, it breaks my heart SCIB1/2 are still not in trials.

That raises a question, why are we having to fund part of the SCIB1 trial ourselves, with such impressive data and validated data at that. I am sure a question many would appreciate better understanding of, including me.

In answer to your IND question, there has been a slight delay given the numerous moving parts in compiling the documentation some of which required third party input, however the IND is in the final stages of consistency checking and once complete it will go to publication. The agency is aware that a submission is forthcoming and subject to a favourable review we expect our study initiation to be on track for the end of this year which is the key event we are focussed on.

With regard to future announcements, as you are no doubt aware we have had a flurry of news flow over the last six months, including research partnerships (CRUK and BioNtech), technology licensing (Amplivant, for Modi-1), initiation of Modi-1 manufacturing, grant of Moditope patent by the EPO, publication of SCIB-1 clinical data, CRUK grand challenge shortlist, in-licensing of therapeutic antibodies and of course the recent capital raise of £8.7m. This is a lot for a small biotech company like Scancell to achieve and also assimilate in a relatively short period and I am confident that these activities will bear more fruit at which point we will keep the market informed, until then may I take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support.

Taking nothing away from the many posters who offer this BB so much, i prefer to mail directly on issues i am not clear over. My early opinion on CH is he takes this role as seriously as his predecessor RG, who told me on a couple of occasions how many abusive e-mails he deals with. I trust none of them originate from here. At the end of the day there is nothing any CEO can say about exact timelines. I have been villified for suggesting i claim to have a "special relationship". nonsense, I trust the vast majority do as i do, never ask or dig for inside information and always be respectful

Hope something helps someone here, particularly the changes that have taken place, I certainly put my own "impatience" into a different perspective by his replies.

Morning guys, I smiled this morning seeing your 21.28 post to nomlungu. It seems we were both moved to respond to the same post in much the same way.

Possibly anybody but him i would have ignored his post, as we both now nomlungu posts on Val in much the same way, and his "unusual" posts here much of the time, i find very inoffensive.

Nomlungu if you are reading this, you said during the week you post on a different time band, just interested in where and whether you are of Asian descent. You ask many questions and make statements. i detect some interest here and hope last night shifted your direction. This is an interesting play, and having read a few critical posts on twitter, held some negative thoughts myself, it does sadden me to read such negativity which i feel is misplaced.

There are some issues which i do understand certain criticism on, but just MO I do feel Scancell are limited to what they can release, and am keenly looking forward to the AGM and Grand Challenge results as to set out our stratagy further.

Looking forward to seeing any positive signs here in the coming weeks, as I said last week it is not Scancell that is overly bothering me, perhaps it is the AIM market that does more. Lets see and have a good week, starting to enjoy this BB again.

Cash is being spent on clinical development as with all R & D spending with the majors.

Perhaps research what has been raised compared to our M/Cap??
