Never a truer word, its crazy all this abuse, to be to people we dont know. I only had to hear Val Jus post to realise what he has been going through, and believe me it is very hard Maybe we can all be mindful of that in the weeks to come. I notice ADMIN had a field day removing my posts aimed at fourteen, haven"t got the strength or the inclination to repeat it, But perhaps some might think before posting, that would help.

And just focusing on the two weeks ahead is as much as i can hope for, the prospect of doing all this again terrifies me, I really haven"t got the strength to bundle my through as before which was debatable. Thanks for that crumbs, cant remember the last time we saw some activity on the Scancell twitter page. Lookimg back over the year, CH mentioned to me the work involved in just taking in Scancells collaborations into the company, and i guess with at least one eye on Grand Challenge. It may be pure coincidence that since the AGM, we might feel the communication and readiness to take our platforms"on the road"" is back into some flow, as epitomised by Chris Holloways presentation last week. I thought it was a very good presentation and pleased ISA followed us on the stage immediately after for another excellent presentation.

So it seems we are back in full flow and how lucky to have a man of RGs quality going to China at the same time perhaps to even catch up on the seeds he laid during his time as CEO. Bright spots from a terrible week volume wise.

A credit to the Clinical Development team for preparng our sales team so well and the presentation from CH was full of confidence too. i still get a feeling the Approval for the IND is not too far way , where there will be some interesting inflection points to look forward too.

SO onwards forwards into 2019, a true pivotal year like no other, and reasons to be cheerful.

Unfortunately with fourteen it is very personal, if you remember the posts back in January.

I actually want VAL to succeed especially with lung cancer if it does extend life, unfortunately the data so far is poor.

To make fourteen happy, it"s been four months since I was given the all clear, unfortunately yesterday I was diagnosed with lung cancer for the fourth time. Think i have finished here.

All is not lost, i fully expect some very rampy RNSs from the BOD to faciliate the next funding. and just out of interest the whole Stock Market works particularly on AIM by dilution and funding. VAL have no Institutional Investors and the BOD hold minimal shares. Looks promising eh????

Jonjo, as you posted anything over 1p will be a result. Do you know i have never got an answer to numerous questions i have asked. The funny thing is i have bought two shares that did well after receiving some very valid replies. That is the prime reason for a BB, to sensibly debate issues, turning negatives into positives and satisfying my questions.

Morning Rubal, just seen your posts. Taken note of that, like i say on 3x 40mg steroids (presnidolone)morning and evening for two weeks, then CT Scan and PET Scan.

Took the whole dose yesterday, not a day to waste, and had forgotten how impossible it was to sleep..............I know now, lol. I take pretty high doses of water pills, for my heart, do prunes help in getting rid of water retention causedby steroids? Thanks for replying and sending my best wishes to you. ATVB

Morning All, thanks for the twitter link re the Chinese Forum and such encouraging words exchanged between Josh Berlin and Scancell. A good week what with H presenting just before ISA Pharmaceuticals, both strong presentations IMHO, and ISAs ESMO prize just makes us more confident of the standing of companies we are closely working with. That Gentech/Immunacore deal stands as a good guide to what prices are being paid at such an early stage.

Delighted with any links to China, they are desperate to become a leader in the immuno oncology field, capable of spending top dollar on chosen targets. Not so sure China wasn"t instigated by RG,, and really hoping we hear much more from there in the coming year.

Just my personal opinion, but i feel we could get the IND approved by the end of the year, and possibly the process leading up to all patients enrolled and first person to be injeted could be a big inflection point for us. We have still Grand Challenge to look forward too, and the collaborations with BioNTech including MODI12 dserves our confidence that relationships are going well. So a busy time what with the AGM , Scancell are indeed busy, the cliical development is making great strides, and it is very important to seal that first Commercial deal in 2019, and if needed a further raise between 20-25p. I think it was a very good move to erase "near to short time" and imminent from our daily thoughts. Back to the """expect the unexpected", with good reason very good news could be round the corner. As i said a good move to lower expectations. So much to look forward too, really hoping it comes together for us next year, that IP is growing, realising it????

Evening, two weeks back you mentioned you were being treated with steroids before another treatment cycle, I wanted to ask you was the purpose to stunt the cancer growth before chemo.

Second time i am being treated this way, any advice you can give wlll be much appreciated. Hoping thing are working out for you it is a gruelling process. Best wishes to you.

Thank you both so much for thinking of me today, haven"t been home that long but a gruelling day. yes there is a new tumour formed in the same lung, it is the fifth diagnosis in four years. Even seeing it we are going with two weeks of double steroids in the hope it is organising pneumonia, to be scanned in two weeks time. Organising pneumonia is little know, but with no real treatment plan just praying it is, although in just five months it has grown 18ml x 13ml, amazing where they come from, and so quickly.

Haven"t got my thoughts together at all, just saw your post Matt, and both of you deserved a reply. Thanks again, it meant a lot, so two weeks steroids and followed by PET scans and probably CT scans. Reading between the lines i"ve been in bed for four months very ill, so i guess i will sleep and let it all sink in, you have to be very strong to fight lung cancer, so much time is involved, really dont feel up to it now, lets see how the steroids pan out and scans after., will advise more at the end of that cycle.
