A 50K Buy at 6.70

Well gunthorpe that is why i say "some may think we have bottomed out without any bad news". I nteresting the MMs have taken the share back to the mid 6s to facilitate these 200k trades, which i think are transfers from one ii to another.

Might just do a little top up to round up myself.

Well done upthendown, MMs will still take 150k at 6.44, expect we will see another 200k trade off (or whatever else they could be) pretty soon, with the corresponding trade shortly delayed after. Again a "very orderly market" IMHO.

2 X 6.67 Buys and a 6.44 5k sell. A wall of 3 on the ask at 6.80, and that bid gently rising.

Very touched this morning by all your good wishes, thank you very much, I did indeed reach out, been bottling so much up for a very long time. I actually could/should write a book on what has gone on these past seven years, Impossible to explain it all, but in short i am mentally drained, physically with Stage 4 COPD , an ejection fraction of the heart of barely 30% and multi lung abnormalities all degenative conditions, to name just a few no longer able to spend the hours a week i have been under six consutants in that time. And then just add cancer into the mix.

In short any treatment is more than i can cope with, mentally and physically and missing out a huge chunk of today they seemed relieved that i didn"t wabt any more treatment in as much as they agree with me, but we need to do something, In passing we agreed to reconvine in Mid April, albeit knowing the situation won"t change but leaving the doors open.Hanoirocks mother called it so very right, "only i know the situation best". So thanks again for the support and giving me more courage than i felt i had left these past few months.

Back to Scancell, crumbs post made me smile....................................

Typical crumbs humour, and indeed what i"ve been saying for a few weeks now and having asked for others opinions a couple of times only Moljen replied. I don"t think they are Bed and ISAS, however close apart they are and last week said i believe it is two iis exchanging ownership, creating a very orderly market, with 6.50 becoming the accepted sell and buy price. It is hard to call, but still i would, we would welcome more opinions, i am sure a few know more than i do.

The 147k is definately a buy, no debate about that, surprised there was really, didn"t get a chance to see how MMs closed but hope to see how we open in the morning. It led me to conclude that some might think we have bottomed out, I believe we have.

Thank you guys so much. Means a lot to me, with no family around me. I really hope most of all we remember how important the issue of further side effects are to so many. There are just so many anybody can take, and there are many in that situation.

Ivy, we don"t have differences I was harsh, I just get fed up with the constant rowing, which we can all temper, and many do. My very best wishes to you and apologies for the manner i said it. Good to see you back here, and look forward to meeting you at the next AGM. ATVB

Nice post Ray, and those ingredients sure take time to put together as we have seen.

Evening hanoi, glad you saw the post, you are one of a group of people I wanted to update, I haven"t even told those close to me I have been diagnosed again, let alone know of my numerous treks to UCLH the last few months, As ever most of us remember the wise sayings of our parents, your mothers was spot on.

Contrary to the nonsense posts aimed at me, I am glad we have heard from quite a few respected posters about their frustrations, I remember very well last summer getting increasingly agitated over the lack of news, I guess the GC was a major distraction, and the more i thought about it what we really wanted to know from Scancell was information they could hardly empart with. So i decided to double up at sub 8p, got an average of 14.7p, only to see it drop quickly to just above 6p. I always felt we could hold a M/Cap of £30m. At least we bounced back from 6p last week, and the MMs willingness to take large quantities of shares throughout the week, might just be a sign of a better week to come.

Slight correction Inanaco, there is a third thing we need to know.......................a date the trial starts!!!.........and the same for SCIB2. It does break my heart seeing patients on any of the prescribed treatments, particularly chemotherapy, which has improved, struggling and worsen with their treatments, and specifically those of who gather Monday afternoons with lung cancer ., succumbing quicker than others it seems with multiple spreads as explained to me as being because tumour activity is so close to a myriad of lymph nodes from infection sights, which in many cases travels from the lung to the esophegus, throat, neck and brain, gliobastama and quickly., when we have treatments not yet in trials that could well open the door to better survival rates. The options for those with NSCLC, are few, survival figures which are definately improving, are largely due to early diagnosis, and a mystery to me far away from record breaking sales of Keytruda, are up to six people/ patients i have met who were given Keytruda, not one has survived..................and in 2019, it still seems, from the factory floor, that regimes of chemo, surgery and resection of the whole lung still deliver the most succesful outcomes. Approvals are increasing, but treatment for lung cancer hasn"t. In reality the latest data from CRUK that 50% of us will be diagnosed with cancer at some stage in our lives IMHO lies testement to the vast improvement in diagnosis, nothing else.

As a non believer in the mythical "1" codes, I can"t help thinking we just might get news Monday morning, as Crumbs has noted on a few occasions he refers to the delayed SCIB 1 trial, as an event that might just remove the elephant in the room, and the cloud that has been over us for what has been quite some time, at least to some extent IMHO.

Will spare you, easy to read updates for a few days, i have got a pretty vital appointment Monday and dependant on that Tuesday too at UCLH with my oncologists, prompted by in the absence of being able to have chemo, radiation or surgery having spoken with the Microwave Ablation team about possible treatment and deciding against it for now. All too risky. And i will, despite some claims come home and endure fiurther side effects, which i have decided i cannot do. Despite surviving just on five years since my first prognosis of a 6 months/year, just about, I did ask what the latest prognosis is, and in reply, which sums up my problems, they said, "well taking into account all my conditions, I am living on borrowed time daily" Hmmm, I think i can well do without any further risk, lol.

Catch yer up later in the week, going in with an open mind, it is rather tricky deciding on no treatment. Good luck next week, after last week i repeat, "some might consider we have bottomed out, without any further adverse news". Bet we are all hoping that really is the case, it has been a rotten New Year so far, ATVB.

Good posts guys, I really do believe we are putting the finishing touches to a team we will need, when negotiations with BioNTech (and whoever) are finalised. Because of the cash burn and the extra costs of further senior appointments I believe we are privy to what incoming funds will be available to take the Moditope, TCR package forward, funded by a new partner, let alone once the IND is approved, get moving with the SCIB1 trial to completion. Technology and the Sciences are improving year on year, and it seems our confidence in LD in keeping abreast with it, is well noted.

I was very hopeful details of any commercial deals would be forthcoming after the GC results, any suitors will have been able to work with us for at least two years very closely, so expecting something as it becomes due.

Just wanted to add any plaudits to our "Four Horseman", lol, for some excellent posts, I do not think anyone doubts our potential but just want to see if that potential can be funded, it is just MO that I believe it will, and further if/when we do have to add further funding it will be in the 20"s at least.
