I didn"t say Scancell are manufacturing their own drugs,, but it is Scancell who place their order with the manufacturers, and it was noted at the time, that we would be able to be more competitive and be able to produce smaller minimum quantiy orders, like in any business. Of course that is important, so as we are able to make changes to the final vaccine?

Same as me FTSE, we know nothing goes up in a straight line, especially on AIM, but it really pleased me to see big buys (1m, 700k, etc) coming in over 7p. Only too happy to let traders do what they do, but as I say happier being in (especially now) than being out.

Inanaco, don"t be picky buddy, at least we have a pointer to its shelf life, and with Parry Head of Manufacturing and being able to manufacture smaller doses in the future, any wastage on numerous vaccines, let alone on costs will be a very important factor.

I think we have earned the right for lady luck to enter the equation, something which in the markets perception certainly has been missing for some time.

A pretty fair guess too. My 50p represents the £250m , but my hopes are for ""a lot"".

It just puts me off reading billions at this stage, as does reading nothing, and I do believe it was Ruck also who said ""somewhere in the middle would be nice too"", (correct me Ruck if it wasn"t you).

I was reading last night too, that John Chiplin has been appointed non-exec chairman at N4 Pharma?, not unusual to hold other positions, but I can"t recall reading that here? Even he has an average of 10p, lol.

Pretty pointless exercise IMHO, there are just too many variables to consider.

I would just ask a question I asked at sub 4p "Anyone think this M/Cap is ridiculous? and I wouldn"t hesitate to ask the same question now.

It is true nobody guessed what would come from a fundraise, but we sure didn"t need a bucket shop raise as some guaranteed was the case, and to have Vulpes on board for the long term is a bonus we didn"t expect.

Who cares if they got in on the cheap? Within hours we were valued at 45% higher, and anybody who vaguely understands the science, respects the BOD, would perhaps like me be happier to be in than out.

I think everybodies circumstances are different, but in mine as you know I have long said 50p is something I hope for and could change my life considerably. Obviosly, more would be even better, lol, but time is a factor, an important one.

Morning Hanoi, first part first. No, no worries at all. Read the RNS, liked it, level 2 liked it and then the market reacted. As I said I am very happy to have Vulpes with us, and liked whatever I read about Martin Diggle and company. With trials coming I do feel double figures lie ahead for us, but as Ruck says a day like yesterday I expected and I am sure we will have those days again at every level as we climb higher in value.

As for hospital I had to cancel twice the week before last, and again twice this week. Reality is I have been in bed with infections the last four weeks, and haven"t even had the strength to make it out. So the doctors have given me time to recover. TBH not in any rush to have scan, I know how I feel, but a pal could take me next week just for the scan so we will see. As I said I really didn"t need that op.

On the positive side, the news this week has perked me up, looking forward to a new chapter in Scancells life, and TBH I wasn"t going to buy/sell so no pressure on me, as we ease closer to my break even point and hopefully far beyond.

Ruck is right , there is nothing to fear from such a deal, we only have to fear those who have little faith in the BOD. That in itself will not guarantee sucess, but the trials are lining up, Vulpes like what they see too, and we just need the data to flow.

And it seems this particular marriage was arranged in Oxford, possibly through one of the many networking events arranged between the well served bio community based there.

As is the norm for succesful companies, we are adding experience to our original team at a rapid pace taking into account the financial restraints we have worked under, and Martins use of the words compelling data ring loudly in our ears as we are ready to go on the SCIB1/Keytruda trial, now the first Moditope trial, MOD1 and hopefully towards the end of 2019 the SCIB2 trial being run by CRUK. A tremendous achievement by all concerned at Scancell. My only surprise was the lack of column inches in the Biotech press after the great write up in the FT, timed to perfection, which gave many of us the green light to news. I am more than sure that will increase as we kick off the trial and as Martin spoke of the due diligence taken on Scancell we should know it is not the first time we have passed that test, or indeed the last as our growing reputation moves up another gear.

FTSE, yes I can, and is why i am here with my 220k shares.

Never did top up in the threes, I strictly kept to not buying more shares, regardless of retrospect I am ok with that, 14p is in sight, far more so than at 3p!!! Good luck all of us.

Missed chunks of today, so no buys and sells. not too surprised or disppointed about ending -5% today. And we ger a 500 code on NEX, some believe close the spread, which Could well occur Mondy morning.

Been sayin for weeks egood news we ould be heading back to double figurs, came tantaslisingly close this week, and perhaps by the end of june we will get there. I always said too if we had to raise it would in double figures not sub 2p. Another option we jut might not need for now.

Funnt really that as ever, none of us called it exactly right, we never really imagined a fnd would allign to us through Vupes and mightily happy they have and welcome to Scancell as our NED, with the committee we have for SCIB1 trial, Vupes and the general expertise around us which is growing all the time the future looks good.

Too little respect has been given to our BOD hence never being given the benefit of the doubt, hoping that changes now, one small step, which is largely a very big step and epitomises the potential we can all see. Hqave a good weekend all, we had waited a long time for a trading day like yesterday, and didn"t it feel good?? Next stop double figures and a £30m M/Cap again.

Again well done all those who traded well, held, averaged down, it is not just my P/F that looks a lot healthier now. Ten working days to "first patient injected" and a whole lot more, a whole lot to like here IMHO.

FTSE, well £32k in, 15k showing available, slowly, slowly catch a monkey, but many of us are in the same boat. This will come good buddy,we all deserve it, none more the patients. Hve a good weekend.

Absolutely delighted with the deal you have finalised with Vupes. It certainly does take time for discussions to take place and whilst we would all have loved to be valued higher, your promises to keep the wheels turning have certainly been correct.

We have a great new shareholder on board, and i am sure with the mutual worth of experience both parties will benefit enormously.

Yes I am happy, it has been a bad few months, but the thought of two trials running now excites me and hopefully SCIB2 under CRUK will not lag too far behing.

So well done guys, my continued support to you.

FTSE my first buy was 41p several years ago, we talk from the same page.

Lots to look forward too, my average of 14.5 looks a lot closer now than it did a couple of months ago,

I wouldn"t say "pillaged" FTSE, we immediately rose 32% on that news, but as you say the cash and the support, which will grow in this relationship is priceless, at a perfect time, and a whole lot better than a placing where i think we would have much more discount and dilution.

Lets be happy, a great week for the share and well done CH and the BOD, this deal took some time. It is a footing they have into Scancell, which will allow us to grow to a M/Cap we all feel represents our IP better. Good luck.

Inan, we were running at a cost of approx £330k a month, including a few variable then. S o we are talking of about 10 munths funding and with Adrian Parry on board the manufacturing costs of MOD1 should be well done on the SCIB1 vaccine at least.

Yes enough to get dta from two trials, that will determine so much and SCIB 2 Hovering in the background at no ost to ourselves. Three concurrent trials, not typical of a small biotech at all IMHO

Yes a massive revaluation of our worth and standing and a very good deal for Vulpes. They do so if both parties are happy it is a good deal. It opens the door to numerous opportunities in the future, that is key. GL Fella.

Can any of you guys work out our cash in hand, prior to this Vupes deal, estimated burn, and cash in hand now so as we can reasonably assess the funding available to next Spring At least?
