Is that the first time we have done an Investors Show with sharesmagazine??
Have enjoyed seeing interviews on Proactive before, but I believe shares magazine reaches more PIs, and certainly appreciate the opportunity ofhearing what was said in the evening. I was very surprised at a very fews opinions about doing the Investor Show in front of 70/80 ""small"" PIs. I guess I am a small PI but have 220k shares, small compared to what??
Crumbs correctly predicted we wouldn"t do an OO, mainly due to not being sure it would be taken up, It is PIs we have needed for some time now, and I believe with news, the buying opportunity that arose, and such an event as last week that volumes have increased so much. Every form of marketing and conference presentations gives us the exposure to meet and network with the wider market. When I look back on the early years when I was in the rag trade we did every show, from European Capitals, U.K. and regional shows where the local retail shop owners visited, and we always did 33% of our trade, not to the multiple but the smaller chains too, so as to widen our customer base and not be reliant on one large outlet. A bit like trying to avoid the City Financial debacle which descended on us. So a thumbs up to Scancell for exploring all avenues, and a bigger thumbs up for Cliff Holloway who seems to me have grown into his position and is talking with the authority experience has given him.
So the 24th July today, we will be advised further in the coming weeks on Patient Recruitment and developments, that was on the 1st July, and perfectly reasonable to expect that news very soon.
Will be interested to see the market today, a very good, tough blue day yesterday, more buys than sells in the end and will profit takers go sub 9p. IMHO I don"t think so, we have seen the MM up that bid in an attept to gather shares, lets see better our buyers return now we are back to 9.40 ish on the ask. Remember 10p was paid this week, and IMHO we have much further to go. Anyone watching that presentation will have no doubts as to our potential in commercialisation, another great reason to have these events recorded.
