Thanks Bermuda, so it was just over a month or two difference. Wondered what the fuss was about.

Bermuda, if you say hes genuine then I will accept that. It is just my issue spending any time over there, but something I noticed the last few weeks is the same faces who post there are posting here as well, except for Lozan or Tosh.

Just out of interest when he stepped down from here was it just a step nearer retirement or was it for health reasons. I seem to remeber that coming up at the time.

That is exactly my point, we all know nothing is game, set and match until it is proven, so why keep repeating yourself on a point which everybody here is fully aware of?? All we can do is evaluate what we know, balance the positives and negatives and make a choice. I certainly believe most of us LTH are very capable of making better informed choices than we could many years back.

For as many years as I remember you posted ""The Science will see us Through"" well that is not game, set and match by a long stretch. Market conditions and Lady Luck play a huge part, and even there I do think we deserve some luck. Have a good day.

As I said earlier this has been a question I have posed on numerous occasions, unfortunately the issue was not addressed. I noticed a past sometime last week where it was mentioned that JC had to correct CH (to the myrth of some) as to when we are funded too. The impression clearly given last year was that we were fully funded until early 2021. I presumed at that time that included starting the MOD1 trial too. Do you remember what was posted and in what context even when, I hadn"t been aware of that conversation or why Chiplin stepped in.

What doesn"t make sense to me is agreeing anything like the BioNTech scenario until we receive early data which should be available within three months, which is why I favour a partnersip for the Moditope Platform much like the CRUK agreement (hmmm, but this time including an actual trial, lol)!!! Or perhaps just on MOD1 to begin with once Proof of Concept and Safety are sown, which would obviously then put us in a strong bargaining situation, again why I feel this word vulnerable has no basis now.

There certainly must be news imminantly on the trial if we are to meet the deadline, and I would think the odds are against any funding coming in from Commercial Deals on the Third Platform within that timeframe.

I have always believed since Vulpes first purchase they had a Plan B in the event of future funding, the further purchase of 3.5m was just confirmation to me of their long term commitment. I felt and still do any further funding would be very different to what we have seen before, but if Vulpes were to increase their holding in an Issue of Equity, which takes their holding to 25% that would equate to 35m odd shares at possibly 7p, dependant on news before which would raise on its own some £2.45m. That would mean 500m shares will be in issue and if running costs are indeed covered to early 2021 that would surely be enough to enrol up to 10 patients initially? If the early results are what we hope for/ some might say expect that would certainly change the landscape for further investment. With over £5m already invested it would be more than realistic to see that option completed.

I mention this as whilst any assurances of possibilities are welcome, I don"t think in this case it is so relevant, as why would Vulpes, let alone Scancell give away a high % of the IP when there is not long to wait for results which we hope will take the share price to recent highs.

Refreshing to read your posts and yes it is the use of language like ""vulnerable"" that i objected to you yesterday and being told how everybody feels by a couple of posters.

It sure has been a long road, much longer than most even considered. All we hear is being mocked for not having balance!!! Well just perhaps the posts from a tiny majority with differing intentions and motives are the ones who have no balance.

We are aware there are no certainties, in fact the odds are stacked well against us, we are aware the share has fallen yearly from 56p, debated it endlessly but now with the share rising, possibly re-rating others choose to ignore that completely and prefer to debate it all again instead.

Well there are many excited here with Moditope due to start soon and have taken the opportunity as indeed we have to build holdings at a price which we mpssed by some way first time round. I fail to see the relevance of constantly using the false high 8 years ago as a whip to scold us with, surely what matters is the now and that we all hope will start to unfold in the coming weeks. Then we get criticised for the monies we have raised, well maybe look at the organisation that has been built and the research and development and sheer hard work to get us here.

Again I will follow Lindy and Vulpes until such time as news suggests otherwise.

So you thimk I am in denial? Do you ever bother reading my posts? I am and have been totally understanding of the frustration many have felt, and indeed as you know have vented mine a few times too. Even on Friday I agreed with Chester, and your criticism was not to Chester but for me agreeing with him. I voice my opinions and do not expect others to agree, we all have opinions, some don"t post them, you dont either, you just agree with those certain few posters you choose.

So you believe David Evans is the best indicator of what we are worth, who we talk too, the basis of our collaborations and what is currently being researched to further our platform. Well I disagree, and I do not find to his cresit that he would choose to disclose his ""instincts"" on the ADVFN BB. I believe he retired as Chairman so as to finish a couple of more appointments he had leading to retirement. There was some question as to his health at the time, something i questioned when i met him for the first time 8 years ago with Inanaco and 007. I hope he is enjoying his retirement in good health I just wonder at some of the comments I see pasted here.

When I get a moment very soon I am mailing CH for his comments re NFX and his"" instincts"", although I know you feel e-,mailing is not the way you would communicate, and indeed conferences are a waste of time as you say because we do mot get news immediately, lol.

TF, have your opinions I will have mine, this is a tricky share not only because news is at a premium, but so much we simply do not understand. So I look at the set up, 24 staff, 13 titled, I consider the Vulpes buy in, although for many it seems that doesn"t count, I see the Commitee set up for MOD1 trial and wonder when we will hear further on the trial, and I was buoyed by Vulpes increasing their hoding at this time, as it sends a fe messages that I and others liked for the share to rise 60%..........not 40%. Anyone would think reading some of the crass that there was a major sell off last week. No, we finished on the week just about level aftera 10.59% rise last Monday, and you might have noticed with buys seriously outweighing sells for weeks just about 750/800k were sold last week in very few trades and i really want to see why we couldn"t sell last Friday but ticked up twice on the Ask and closed with 5 buys at 6.93.

Not a post of criticism misses out there is no certainty in anything as if we are not aware of that, and then you make your sarcastic cracks, but nobody else is allowed too.

It is only a feeling I have that NFX is not 100% for sure David Evans and if I have missed his posting history that is my fault as I am more than reluctant to have anything to do with the ADVFN BB, if it is then so be it, but what on earth is in his head to discuss a company he was Chairman of for so long and conclude any deal might be"" palatable"" despite it possibly never evr to be a starter.

Yes discussion is good, not the easiest thing to have here when disrupted by point scoring and inane postings by certain people simply to be disruptive. That is the problem IMHO Bermuda. I cannot recall a time when the regular posters here have by the passage of time and missed timelines become so realistic, only to be castigated by a few as being incapable of holding a discussion. The personals that come into play the moment Inanaco posts, correctly or not, see to that.

So consider what I say about the constant negative posting, especially now at a time we are expecting multiple news, the rudeness and insults over discussing market movements by certain individuals who offer no input into this BB whatsoever other than to dig and stir trouble, TF backing their posts and there we will find the answer as to why most people cannot be bothered joining in discussions that lead to bickering....every time. Well I have posted on a few occassions that I hope to hear that Scancell can still get a partner for the MOD1 and further MOD trials. That is if you like instinctive too, and on a few occasins too have asked for anyones opinion on that. As early ago as the last few months I asked on several occasions how are we going to fund the MOD trials, again asking for opinions. None were offered, none were given on many occasions.

Well that sure includes a lot of detailed ""instinct""when like on most issues any number of possibilities exist.

No he is not an expert on the Science, indeed he would be completely unaware of modications to the platforms, like Amplivant, the third platform and many other such items of detail. How long ago was it since he left Scancell?? Must be 4/5 years, and the stratagy changed completely when JC stepped in at a time I seem to remember shareholders reporting total chaos at an AGM. Is he know taking into the account the complexities that exist within Scancell to still be an ""expert""on funding opportunities. I would be looking at Vulpes as the expert and have always held faith in them sorting our funding by whatever methods that has convinced them to invest in Scancell, based on what they know that Evans doesn"t and furthe increase their holding just a few months later at 4% more.

Further Ivy has installed ""investor fatigue"" at a time when the share has just risen 60% and many PIs here have stated they feel a lot happier than when the share was at 4.8p as you would. The problem here IMHO is there are a few posting a negative slant on everything they can, and when LTHs clearly see that further discussion is not felt warranted.

Sorry 5m shares or so, not £5m. I guess that would make a big dent, lol.

Hi buddy, I still get surprised by comments about GF. No we are not close buddies, but we have spoken many times, especially when he first started building his holding, where he would tell me what he was buying before the trades were shown. He also if you remember stated he would buy any seels around the 15p mark at the time and did, and all I can say as I have told you before he is a decent genuine guy, rarely posts, but for him £5m shares or so probably hardly make a dent as a 250k holding does for me.

Surprised you still mention him as you do, if I tell you he is very genuine well he is, as you know.

Hi Ruck, yes I mentioned a couple of times that I am hoping the Commitee set up or the MOD1 trial come up with a partner for forthcoming MOD trials.

As far,as Vulpes goes you sensibly tried to dampen my enthusiasm as to the role of Vulpes in any further raisings. Well I still look very favourably at that and it is the manner in which we might raise with there experience that excites me too.

Something else we agreed on was the 50p being a sensible level to hope for in time, and I guess it was a comments like we still discuss billion dollar deals as the only alternative that I felt i needed to respond to. It is condescending, innacurate and a downright lie to suggest that and the perpretators know that.

I know with a few years behind me now i see the negatives behind even good news, and again it is codescending to suggest we only hear what we choose. I just cant be a value on us, can anyone?? but feel multiples of 7p are there in the short term for us, and this recent rise, completely ignored by some posters as if it never happened or is still happening baffles me. It has been a good rerate with Vulpes Holding increasing, another opportunity for a collaboration to work out in China with a population of 1.4billion and then news expected on three possible trials in 2020.

IMHO we have never been better set up to keep the momentum going and I feel in the past the space between RNSs was far too long for any momentum to build. Yes reality has set in, but i distanced myself from a billion dollar sell years ago, the reality still is with Lady Luck the potential returns are enormous. Lets see what the month brings, but I do fancy the IND news as a big source of news and truly feel more comfortable with my holding than ever before.

Hoping you Ruck and family are getting some positive feedback from the hospital over your daughter-in-law, and praying we can get our vaccines into patients ASAP, we all want to see this, so lets pull together. There will be much to debate very soon I would think.

There is an us and them dogma ADVFN/LSE which is borne out of a lack of respect for individual posters, excarsebated by one poster here which breaks into rows which I see as re]etitive and off putting. I cannot comment on what is posted on ADVFN, I have no interest, but I did have a look at who is posting before Xmas to now. Lets face it it is a small group of posters on both boards. What I find remarkable is that we all own shares, except one who claims he does here, so are we not alligned?? Perhaps there is something we can do to lesson the animosity, which will open the door to debate. What certainly doesn"t help is the midless support extended to three posters with very few posts who do not have a decent word to say, and dig very personally at individuals, often me. Take a look Ivy and tell me if you would like the malicious posts directed at you?

So lets see what we can all do to improve it, for the benefit of all, we could well heve very exciting news to discuss this year, lets make the most of it

Again I agree crumbs, but Ivy and crew don"t demonise those of us who find little benefit in discussing SPs of 8 years back. It has been discussed and debated so many times, with cries that this BB will not debate anything. Find something credible to discuss and we all will. I am sorry but reading your history on MTFB helps me assess what kind of trader you are and TBH will never understand how your posts based on inside info were ever allowed to stand, and at a seven figure cost to investors to boot, Some might expect a lot more humility in your posts nowadays and I have no doubt like all of us we learn a lot each passing year. Lets use that to bring the best out of this BB, no ulterior motives and no ignoring any positives that exist. Best of luck to us all, surely we all want the same things?

What a load of carp..There are numerous possibilities as to how Scancell plays out, and whether it be any of the regular posters here that you talk to we are all very aware of possible eventualities and realities that shares goes down too.

As far as believing that is David Evans and he knows anything inside then I will leave it to you how important what he says is, but if try and tell me you don"t post with the aim of arguing further with Inanaco then I simply don"t believe you.

Perhaps it might make a change if you shared YOUR thoughts on the recent rise, Vulpes Holding RNS and how you see this playing out in the short term as there is a lot of news due in a very short term. Personally I have every rspect for posters here who make no secret of their stakes and averages and reasons for holding, what they hope for next and whether that is realistic, rather than hearing after the event how successful we have been. That is why I post information of movements so to help others form their own opinions, but that is critised by the same faces who add nothing to this BB except for repeating your words that nobody can or would debate here. I think we all know where we stand, what we are hoping for and don"t need to spend days debating a fallikg share price that we know and have known for eight years. A good recovery stock if there was ever one, and as Dracula says himself we have so much more than we did then.

No I haven"t been offered my 22p yet, but I would refuse it as Dracula thinks its worth 40p, lol. On a Holding of zero, does it realy matter???

I am feeling good about my holding which has been hard work building, we both did well buying at 5.32, when there were just two buys that day, both of them ours. To many more, i doubled that 30k buy and sold half for a £600 profit at 7.52. Made my Xmas as it paid for all my presents and Xmassy shops, and for the first time ever that was from a trading pot, getting to a 200k holding was my priority, now still at 235k, powder dry and will go with my feelings, and hope Lady Luck follows me. Remeber IMM ment down to 25p from over £2 and back again on the hopes of a Phase 3 Approval, With good news we shall too rise to levels we might have never considered. Lets hope we do, and for all our patience we will certainly deserve the better times.

Crumbs, me thinks a few people missed out on the 5"s as we moved wuickly to the 8"s. And we just moved an initial 10% on the collaboration deal, but another 35% on Vulpes holding, which crackin repeatedly claimed were not buys!!!! Never seen a Holding RNS increasing the stake without buying, lol.

Martin Diggle has far more cridibilirt than David Evans fact, and he would know the plans of the BOD better than him by a mile. So what are you saying, and you still are not 100% sure it is David Evans are you?? I don"t believe for a second that if Inanaco wasn"t posting on this BB you wouldn"t post this constant garbage directed at him and not the many other SCLP holders, who have no interest reading the umpleasentness you bring to this BB. All IMHO, but that is how it is.
