I reckon that makes it three nights out of four with no sleep, no particular reason for it and I realy enjoyed that pre New Year rise. Wonder how lomg we have to wait for a repeat of that/ Haven"t got a clue I guess but on a more serious note working iut logically a few key dates leaves us with a lot of news in an ever decreasing time. Said ore than a few times what I am hoping for, so just a case of the eternal wait, and yes I felt quite invigorated talking to David Evans yesterday, a few things clicked into place, took on a new meaning and most importantly made sense. So hope our day is a good one and hoping above all to see some regular faces return with smiles on our faces. Have a good day all..................C7

Morning to you, I wanted to send you an e-mail on a few occasions in recent times and remember you telling me I was lucky to get hold of you as you were changing your address. I trust that has been sorted by now and could you kindly let me know what it is, it is not something I wish to share with all and sundry at this stage and that is not to the detriment of anyone in particular, but I think it is fair and reasonable to say that communicating at the moment is just a bit more challenging than I ever imagined..

So hopefully you can do that and I will reply immediately

Hi Crumbs, yep you are right. I didn"t go into it, it just isn"t important, what I can say is he said there is a problem posting on LSE and he hasn"t felt like addressing it. So if it is not important to him, it isn"t for me now. What did come over to me was he is a very principalled man and lets face it at least on LSE there is a modicum of ADMIN, along with I must say not as much consistancy as I would like.

We certainly haven"t heard from crackin about all his posts removed yesterday, and nor have accusations flowed as to whose fault that is. I certainly can"t be bothered with that.

So just sitting tightly waiting for news as we all are, hanging on to a few positives like Vulpes buying in, adding to their holding, and even David Evans who knows more than any of us buying a 1m shares at 7.5p. Unfortunately those are the only guidelines we can go by ATM, and combined those that know more than us feel we are worth more than 5.2p or even 7.5p. It is not rocket science to work out that funding is a big issue, not just for us but for all companies, we need data to get validation and with validation the doors to further funding open wide. So that is the news I am waiting for, along with a new IND being submitted for the SCIB1 trial to the FDA. I learnt a lot this morning about NDAs etc and can only refer to recent purchases as a direction to where we go from here.

My hope here is to get a decent return on my investment, and hope that Scancell in some small way can contribute to the advances we are seeing in the Oncology field. As for me well I return to UCLH next week after a few months fully expecting another diagnosis, they wanted me back in November but I had enough. So c"est la vie. I guess I lasted a lot longer than most, 67 months longer than my brother who passed in July from the same cancer, who knows I have no plans going anywhere ATM and perhaps it is that stubborness that will carry me through to my time. Hopefully enough to see 50p and go on that cruise!!! As far away as possible, no Wi-Fi to have to read the concerted abuse being posted here, largely ignored by Admin.

Drop DE a line if you wish, I know he will appreciate it, a non-exec chairman earns £15k a year. I was surprised by that although previously posted, he did a lot more than that.

Let ADVFN be remembered for the appalling posts made about the BOD, RG and DE, and now they crawl to him as if ADVFN was his calling, and I will repeat although challenged in the right way a few times I have a lot of faith in Vulpes, funny enough so does DE he negotiated with them too.

Hi Crumbs, same really, my problem was why he should post on ADVFN and not here. Now I understand that, no problems from me. As I say he is a really nice guy, facing challenges like all of us, with not a bad word to say about anybody, particularly Scancell and those he helped build the company with. As anybody there were decisions made where not all parties agreed, is that not the same for all of us??

There are many positives I would love to discuss, but I don"t think having spoken with him that it is anything I should repeat, but I would say his own decision to buy 1m shares speaks volumes. That is why I suggest that anybody who wishes to talk to him, without primarily wanting to dig for info should. My motives were purely i read he was upset by certain comments which I wanted to assure him were born out of messenger boys rather than anything he had said. Above all and most importantly I wanted to reassure him that any defamatory comments about the BOD were not something I have ever shared, purely the product of the BB he chose to put a few things right................

I just wish him well, clearly a good man facing what we all do and I reminded him that he will be remembered by many in the Industry for the work he did. It is not impossible that he would post here, just a few details to iron out, and I welcome the day he does.

There have been posts on here in recent months that just disgust me, nothing to do with Scancell at all, but I am assured that if I log into ADVFN and subject myself to Tosh, Lozan and ONW all will be better. Lol, think I will be in regular contact with David as I am with a few LTHs here instead.

So David bought 1m shares at 7.5p after Vulpes invested here, so pray tell me what we have to learn from actions. As ever complete lies on ADVFN, I have for many years suggested 50p would be price I am looking at for the future, who knows how long that will be. Regardless David Evans bought a considerable amount which shows he has every confidence for the potential that he helped create.

So what you are realy saying is that we all should listen to the same diatribe from Tosh and Lozan, the whinging from Panama, and the personals directed at Inanaco, mostly deserved. Your earlier posts are fascinating too............

So what you are saying along with many other posts is you called it WRONG!!!

But I do accept your purpose for posting here as I said after 2 posts was to be disruptive, misleading and thank you very much I would rather not hear the same bleatings and get involved with the Inanaco situation with ONW, Tosh and Lozan.

As we see every day often it is not what is said but who is saying it, and the simple perception of where it is coming from, as I am sure you well know. I can say with absolute certainty that had youoriginally had posted it, with a brief explanation as to some background posts it would have been received very well.

On that note and a brief acknowledgement as to the vitriol on BBs (which i am reliably told does not exist, lol) we discussed to the virtues of BBs and David acknowledged the contribution you have given and continue to do so.

Yes having spoken with him I will find his thread and look back over his posting history happily and with the benefit of having spoken with him for some time I will know exactly where he is coming from and most importantly that he is absolutely genuine and has a very real interest in the company and its future success.

So the assumption that his position was negative never existed actually, it was purely the mistrust that I hold in the manner in which certain information is presented and the motives of who is posting it.

So yes, well worth chatting to, a very decent man, and like most of us a LTH who only wants the best for Scancell.

Just to clarify a couple of points, before the cries of being a ramper are vented, my decision to hold is one I have not changed on nor has changed by anything David said. Hence, any thoughts that anything resembling inside information can be gained should be extinguished.

In fact going back to the time of the SCIB1 mono trial and the serendipidity discovery of Moditope there were numerous debates here regarding splitting the company and the best foot forward. David would be only too happy to oblige in helping others understand the challenges they were faced with.

Looking back to that stage, what I would say is how well many here read the situation going on, and the events of the AGM in 2015, which unfortunately I couldn"t attend here make a lot more sense now as would anything explained by one of the main people involved.

Yeah, I feel good for speaking to him, discussing other positions he held and the problems faced in each and every company, it is as we know far from unique the challenges faced by all AIM Biotechs and Companies with cash flow.

One word that stood out was the use of validation in respect of data from trials, and again that was something long debated on these pages. So yep as we know now (I didn"t) David purchased a considerable number of shares after Vulpes bought in and of course having their knowledge and influence on the BOD is a very big plus, as his purchase would suggest.

So yes I will happily keep in touch with him, who wouldn"t appreciate talking to a man who has so much experience n the Industry, but importantly he too was very interested in our views and observations.

Now I know you are reading here too David, keep punching and hope you do get round to posting here one day, and I understand now why you haven"t. Take care.

I believe it was primarily for health reasons. I understand that sadly he suffers from a chronic degenerative disease which will increasingly limit his mobility and that he only sits on the board of companies based in Scotland now. As for his authenticity, all I can say is that I have had a conversation with David Evans via linkedin and he confirmed that he was indeed posting as NXC on Advfn. I wouldn't want anyone to take my word for it though and strongly suggest folks check for themselves. Earlier in the year he invited anyone who had doubts to contact him on 07740084452 or his email address at mbaconsultancy@aol.com.

As I said to you yesterday I am only too happy to accept your validation/opinion as to the authentacity of NFX/David Evans, but it went further for me that any comments I had made, which actually reflect my feelings to the ADVFN BB caused David any hurt whatsoever.

So on waking this morning, sipping my Yorkshire Tea, I gave David a call on the phone number you provided. What a charming man and we spent just under an hour chatting. It had really helped having met him at the first two AGMs in London to be able to put a face to the voice, and TBH we could have spoken for hours. A man of integrity and isnt it odd how as I remembered his health was worsening he too knew about mine, and I guess whilst we only spent a couple of minutes chatting about that, there is a certain bond between those of us with serious health issues have to one another, an empathy which provides for a better understanding at times.

Why did I call Him? Well I understand now why he posted on ADVFN and not here, where he is coming from, and understand any individuals need to put straight what is read through the vitriol that so unfortunately is so prevalent on these BBs, these days more than ever.

There were many questions I wanted to ask him, and remember as David has never posted here very few discussions over his posts have been had, and by the time we finished my own understanding was clearer as to the Story of Scancell pre 2010-now, less of course the last few years in his absence, but not his take on events.

So Bermuda thanks for that, I will not comment on our conversation or interpret what he means by certain explanations that would be wrong, but it just shows something which I am so aware of is how different it is talking or meeting someone face to face than trying to be fully understood by abbreviated posts as vitriol is flying around you.

What I would say is I am very happy to hold, have dropped David a mail and will keep in contact with him, a nice man, facing many challenges, and I am sure he would really appreciate hearing from anybody here and affording the courtesy he extended to me. ATVB....................

Well back to Plan A that being the case, can we expect to hear a new IND has been submittrd to the FDA?? And very soon at that.

I agree about the trial Inanaco, just have a feeling they will tell us once all patients are dosed.
