RE: I'm very happy21 Feb 2021 21:01
Ray, I just found out today two had bought in a couple of months ago, my enthusiasm it would seem after years of discussing Scancell made them buy in.
I was just delighted that after 12 years out of the game, their respect for me has just got stronger. A nice feeling. I think at this stage I will leave it to them to do research, they are doing well, too much information in one go is just that., but as one couple who have plenty of experience in the investment markets just said to me they are amazed at the pipelines we have, the potential they hold, over and above there reasons for buying in.
I guess that is what I am urging traders to do who have come in on the back of COVIDITY, just look up the cancer platforms and everything else which make us a very enticing buy, you will be surprised. A £48m raising when the M/Cap was just £25/30m, and the awesome respect the science community holds towards Lindy Durrant, which is growing so fast.
The fact is that all of us have found their way to Scancell at different times, prices and reasons, trading is always retrospective, but I am happy to have sold 17% of my holding at double the price my average is, we all have different circumstances, but the sell button for me is off now, all the way to 50p, which was a target I said I would be very happy with, but have now extended to a pound.
There are so many possibilities here, one is I feel we are heading to NASDAQ in two years time on the back of incomes coming in for our vaccinations, and the IPOS should reflect the IP in due course.
Something that amuses me is after 9 years here, and a host of reflective errors, mainly in timelines we are now seeing the benefits of what seemed at the time errors in judgement. Appeals to my sense of humour no end.
