Over the next year M&S are ensuring their food supply chain are able to supply larger volumes JIT and SLAs of 100%, if you cant do this you're out. I believe / know that Uniq can satisify this requirement Their main product rivals should also able to deliver, but uniq are leaner. If M&S food only stores increase then demand will rise.
Pensions wise, its hard to see some sort of compromise not being reached. Once this has been solved, I can see two very probably outcomes, 1. New investment into increasing capacity or 2. TO from a rival.
Any thoughts?
