The share was in an absolute stage of accumulation. The US was a cracking deal. Upgrading any HOLD to BUY from Deutshe is very positive.
Topped up above the £1.04 barrier. This goes back to £1.50 soon im sure.

I'll quote my 05Jun2020 post - 'It's been an interesting week this week. I think by July this market will streamline and gains to be had, matter of time. See you all in a few.' - SP 88p
Doubled as of now...you're welcome Sain. Speak soon.

Months of hating the BOD. SUCCESS!!!! Raise a glass Sain your dream came true. And look the SP rising also, you must be only cloud nine.

Bought the dip. I've previously commented on this share on the solid resistances sub £1. This is a great top up and I've added to my average albeit higher. But fundamentals fine for longer term gains.

'whenever possible'
Sounds like LOI might be longer than 'within the week' as stated but given the situation we can't do anything. Nonetheless positive in its intent and no doubt this will come good. Patience has to continue.

The SP hovering at this mark is no bad thing. This will raise post next set of results. Numis will already be outlining the next price target i'm sure of it, and some big funds have increased percentages over the past few weeks.
Slowly, slowly. Keep adding, keep holding, this is the stable in the portfolio.

Amazing the little faith people have cos a few deadlines weren't met. Global pandemic going on..WHERE'S MY LOI WAAAAAA. Hilarious.
Easy answer if you can't hack the wait = sell. Forget all the fundamentals you invested in first place, must mean nothing now it hasn't come....all credibility down the drain...i mean why we even bothering.....
GLA with a bit more insight and patience.

You're totally correct, at least I've managed to curb your enthusiasm for dislike to the BODs taking over the boards, for now......anyway we can stop flirting now. Get a room guys? Good one.
It's been an interesting week this week. I think by July this market will streamline and gains to be had, matter of time. See you all in a few.

Have i worked on you Sain? Almost sound like you're back on board with this and PURP. I jest, I'm not a hater, i respect all investors. I totally get your discomfort's highlighted on this and PURP but yes there's some dysfunction in the market currently and conditions across the market. However, property market will and always will remain functional and stable long term. Thus, there will be rebound. Sit tight. Double cash to market cap here is crazily undervalued.

I thought as the weather's getting worse to say well done to all who saw the opportunity. Including myself.
Made a nice packet. I'm still in, haven't sold. I said in my previous posts i expected £1.25-50 later in the year (September off memory), but the sector seems to have rebounded quicker than usual. May see a slight drop over the course of the next month as sporting events stabilising so initial burst of revenue to this market slows up, but there's still a £2+ exit top to aim for if you bought under £1, and the longer term holders...well I can't comment there yet.

Twice the cash to it's market cap on the books. Too big to fail.
Buy and hold. Same with PurpleBricks, started to gain the benefit now, slowly slowly.

Yeah Chuckle@Vision remember when you asked me for my input (I checked your posts for you don't worry). I said Buy it.
You're welcome.
Thanks All

Ahead of the curve and perfect rebound stock. Hold and add. 75p+ soon will come once property sector gets their feet under the table again.

This CWD and Barratt all worthwhile rebound stocks. Look forward to ChuckleChuckleSainVision telling you otherwise, but there's loads of news to suggest property market is moving again, albeit it's going to take a bit of time for some major margin gains.

Time to start accumulating, if still watching on sidelines. Likelihood of major dips given the re lift of sporting events becoming smaller and smaller. Solid growth forecasts. Some underlying debt issues, but that's next years problem.
