Evening all, Chas's son here. Sorry to report that Chas passed away this afternoon after a short illness. I know that this board cheered him up in his last few months so many thanks to everyone for that, you know who you are.

Looks like I picked the wrong day to visit my oncologist. If anyone has bought me a Christmas card I hope you have kept the receipt.

Roker, I think that you are being far too generous towards the BOD. Not to mention that you're wrong regarding we all knew the risks of a delayed Accustem listing. A timetable was given for the demerger, the BOD have simply failed to stick to it. I don't believe that there are many of us that would've thought that we would still be waiting all this time. Perhaps I'm wrong and most holders are unconcerned but I for one am hugely hacked off by it. A chunk has been taken off the value of TILS and disappeared, annoying beyond belief. I'm not happy with the situation and it's infuriating to hear holders say everything is fine when clearly it isn't. The BOD need a rocket up their collective backside.
