Even if you have the best share in the world, the best gold mine or whatever, some ii's institutionals will only buy if a certain barrier is breached. They want to play it safe. Their buying (as frpm 14.10p) would let N4P spike to 17-20 very quickly.

Nice to see this afternoon we've seen repeated attempts to cut through the final 14ish barrier, but for now its just bouncing. Once it cuts through, N4P should see 17-18p very quickly.

Yup, bluebelly. That 2.58p makes sense. Also note that a rise / hold firm above 2.30 is already the first positive indicator for people whl like risks. I for one like to play it safe (with larger amounts invested). Bluebelly, the almost static price for years almost makes it a shell company.
