Beginerman, theres a variety of reasons. The institutional holder could for instance sit on huge gains from the 7p times, and simply want to harvest... Or they have had to compensate some of their bluechip investments on the main market that has taken a hit last year. Or they simply want to lower their exposure to commodities..., etc, etc. In the end we can just speculate.

Well said, Sanchez! The historical chart shows some sort of dip, each time before massive new uplegs. I for one shall remember Ophedian's forecast 'rise during March'. -------- 'Reminds me of when they drove it down to 7.75p in 2017 and below 20p during the strike. Each turned out to be one of the best times to buy shares ...'

Looks like only small volume day today, which hopefully indicates the preparation of a decent rebound. Happy to see the Sp stable now, very close to all major support lines. Have a good day on the market everyone!

For me, first new life here at Bmn if the new 39.75 and 40.20 barriers are fully regained. Untill then I prefer to let the market take care of the price. All in positive spirit! Dyor!

Sp stabilizing a little, while most financials were down today. I wonder why Pfg was pushed to as high as 650ish during a few weeks, before their trading statement came out...?

Once again well done Noggers! For me that other share seemed a little too risky. Plus I am in too many positions right now that take all attention. Kaz held nicely above the bearish trigger: High 527.20 Low 510.60 If the 50day line (533) is not regained in a weeks time, then in many cases ot hints to some large holder unloading behind the scenes. When is the next company update? Gosh, how I wish they would suddenly halt the plan in Russia! Well, we all have our dreams.

Of course not intended to give any advice whatsoever. Right now its not very positive that KAZ is trading below the crucial 50-day line around 533p. Well, they've done that before - earlier on this year - and so far always managed to rebound later.
So lets see how this goes.

- the Sp still seems to have decent support at 506-507
- for me first positive sign only if 530-533 fully regained
- large buys sitting at around 557
Just my opinion and individual strategy. DYOR!

...and because I rarely follow every single trade of a share, it will be interesting to see what exact buy/sell figures Alfacomp will come up with for this week.

swanseayellow, as you have surely noticed I think there are many decent chaps on this bb whom I respect.
Whether its MarcoT who called me in here last year, Endion and many others who have a decent long term strategy, or Daisan with whom I am invested in other shares too.

For whatever its worth, allow me to clarify that I am NOT shorting Bmn nor have I shorted them before nor have I any intention to do so. Maybe this info helps you (your mates) to seek for a reason or 'solution' for the current price weakness elsewhere. In the end it is you who needs to decide if an honest word has a meaning for you.

On 80% of my weekly/monthly swing trades I am bullish or I wait on the sidelines, especially with non Ftse shares like AIM shares. Moreover I still hold one last slice (20k Bmn shares) from my initial purchase around 35.50p.

About the current dip: If you scroll back on the chart you'll see that BMN has seen similar dips before major (positive) news announcement. Its best if everyone decides for their individual strategy and interpretes the current trading patterns for themselves. At the same time allow me to write my technical calculation in case an important chart line is climbed or breached.

So lets see if the mentioned 39.75 support is fully breached today on the hourly chart, or if its quickly regained like we saw it before. Like said, the 20day line has recently started to cross the 50day line to the downside. Just my personal observation. DYOR anyway!
