If I were into betting or speculating..., then I would go and tick the numbers 488 / 485 / 482 as the final retracement target for today. My first pick is 488.60p.
This just to whom it may concern (whoever trades both sides of the investment game, or whoever actively cares for his or her portfolio. Best to DYOR anyway!

After this sharp selloff I think its now best to close the 3rd and final short position. Never mind another few ticks lower from the current 488. (Will only short again if 482 folds.)
One should also keep in mind that a sharp selloff is often followed by a technical rebound. KAZ could still see a decent technical rebound later on this week.

Lets see if there is a nice buy entry in the next hour.

Gap closing time.With todays low the former gap on the chart is about to be closed.

The Sp might now hold firm above 485.00 - 488.60p.

I for one am slowly closing two of the three short positions, in order not to be exposed to much. Its never good to be too greedy.
- Leaving one short invested.
- Now preparing two buy entries, but not trigger just yet.

And now the 494 support is coming under attack.

As a shorter you normally don't look for "the one and only final target", but just keep an eye a possible rebound.
Personally I was hoping for 494 for a new entry, but will now have to wait another while. If 494 remains breached at todays closing, then KAZ is going for gap-closing toward 486 that some poster on here mentioned a while ago.

And now nicely on the way to the mentioned 494. Even 494 is being breached for a few seconds, so it could be that we see the gap closing (485) some on here were hoping for.

Never mind the final target: KAZ has given a sideline alert as from 544p.
No retrospective, GentlemanJim. While I do hope you have been able to use any of the technical signal lines, its up to you what you do with that.
Please also understand that not all posters are invested "long". Of course I understand that shorters are generally not perceived well, as you can see here.

Pushing very hard now on the minute chart, but we now need a little bit more selling volume to stage the final bearish wave.

Not sure how "they" finance it to maintain a certain price level - like this concrete bottom - despite some of the large PIs cashing in.
Price maintenance is normally quite costly for a company.

I think that "they" (Allenby Capital as well as N4Ps leading financial allies) simply work with an pre-agreed price level which guarantees to buy each and every sell at 5p. Never mind how many shares you sell.
Even when Marineville and later Scott jumped with 200k shares the Sp dipped to 4.80, but then the maintenance kicked in immediately after a few minutes and you saw 5.15p.

This sort of price corner can be done in two ways:
1) Financial allies place large pending (delayed) buy orders that will soak up all shares over a pre-set two or three week timeframe.
2) Company directors could have sneaked out to their new company broker (former insider friend of Myles McNaughty) that N4P will see more positive news in a few weeks time. Never mind what news, never mind what price rise. This announcement alone by company director Nigel serves as the guarantee for mm's who then go and accumulate shares and buy even large amounts at exactly the same stable price.

This is what they are doing right now IMO.

...more likely a quick management buyout together with financial allies, David Farrier and Myles McNaughty. Simply allow the pharma partner to buy a large stake cheap (like they are doing now in my opinion).
And then announce a takeover offer.
"Because of more costly research and challenges ahead, we think it is in the best interest for shareholders to accept the 10p offer from UK pharma bla bla."

This is how I would do it.

- First positive sign on tradesignal-online when 10.35 are climbed
- New long term buy only if 10.55 is climbed (confirmed 10.80p)
- In this case rise to about 13.60p.

Wow, that was some attack on the 510 support this morning!!
Theres a fierce battle now to maintain this line, with the Sp even slightly dipping towards 508p. As soon as 509.50p is crossed, then comes the mentioned retrace to to 504 and possibly 494.
Lets see if we can get this a little bit lower still.

Stable sideways trend channel. The 510ish remains decently maintained with supporting buys, while the Sp is unable to regain 520ish. Never mind!
Someday will arrive a decent new entry.

IMO its best to lower the trailing stop once again and simply let it follow the Sp on its way down untill it triggers. Tuesdays initial spike is trying to open a path to the upside again. - First positive sign tomorrow if 520-526 is regained - Small buy signal if 531 crossed and maintained - Decent long term buy if 546 is climbed Right now the small new long term uptrend remains intact. But if the 515-510 support falls, then retrace down to 504 and 494.

Georges123, lets first see if they want to push it down tomorrow morning even further... We could also see an initial rise like today, followed by a broad selloff before lunchtime. Called bull trap. Right now can't access tradesignal online from mobile, but I'll post asap when there is a second TA opinion available. Of course noone can tell for sure where KAZ will go tomorrow, but with a roadmap we at least get to know the area, we hold the estimated trading range as well as new sell or buy trigger lines.

Good one, George123! So lets see if there are some nice new entry prices ahead. I for one find the support- as well as upper barrier lines quite valuable, to know where to place AT buys or sells.

Otherwise you would have been on full alert by now, after KAZ dives down more than 10p+... For me, that is the maximum I would throw in the oven if necessary. Hopefully from a former gain.

...556p now, with the real long term support between 553-556p.

Truly sorry for decent British longtime holders who have even pumped fresh money in here with the capital raise! Lets hope this "debacle" will recover someday.

Next small support at 550.40p. Last chance to hold now. At the moment only small selling volume as soon as the price is below 550.80p.

Lets see if we get a new entry before the next RNS.

...and 516p! Thats a fair but still weak late afternoon attempt to regain all former support lines.

If the Sp bounces away from 516.50, then more retrace and second attempt to cut through 512 and 510.
Lets see if KAZ gives away a little bit more.

...and 553p reached.
Now trying to build a solid new platform there. Lets see if it holds.
