So sold their investment to UKOG in HHDL to then reinvest in to UKOG as a hole, these guys know that UKOG is going to fly and they want a bigger slice of the pie.
So SOLO received £4.5m which was reinvested directly into UKOG @ 1.92p which has acquired them a 4% stake on the open market.

They know something big is coming why else would they reinvest? Watch this space GLA

IF UKOG is thinking along the lines of a possible takeover and this is the reasoning behind acquiring a larger holding as it makes it less messy for the company taking over expect to see further updates.
First sniff at this being commercial and with Ukogs increased holding it makes them a prime tack over target IMO and the big boys will want in before it cost them too much.............. watch this space!

back up think all lot of PIs that panicked and sold this morning are getting back in, just waiting for the dust to settle, first hr or so is always PI flapping about after reading a RNS, many sell looking to reduce damage limitation, especially when they see dilution and don't look at the bigger picture - GLA I see blue sky's this afternoon ...........................

Shares are always forward sold the deal was done on the 28th so expect the share to have been sold long before, then daily average approx 120m doesn't take long to flip them and would explain why we haven't broken out, for me these should be flipped and already gone. BIG rise on the back of this RNS should push us up passed 3p today IMO GLA

Solo are also sat at a 52 week low of 2p and a MC of just over £13m to retain shares and have a cash injection equivalent to approx. 40% of their MC is a good deal for them.
Its a even better deal for Ukog but you normally get the best deals when others need cash to fund other projects GLA

Wouldn't be buying more unless it was in Ukogs interest to do so, shares will be likely gone by now and might have been what was holding the SP back the last few days and stopping it from breaking out, originally though it was a large buy order being worked GLA up we go next RNS COMMERCIAL

Tight spread again always a good indication of a tick up I find ,lets see where we are on open, still feel a large buy order is being worked round about these levels OMO BWTFDIK

Don't read the charts then, just look at the blue everyday and the sentiment returning that will show you which direction this is heading in GLA

There is every possibility we will smash through the first resistance point of 2.605p with the initial daily 10-12% rise hopefully that momentum can push us up close to if not breaking the 2nd resistance point at 2.786p the key here for me is seeing a continual and gradual rise and holding on to at least 5% gains every day until we get out next RNS - GLA

Making approx. £170 between the sell and buy of 200k shares

Its easy to see how they are making their money

1st out - Profit takers out, MM tree shake take the weary sellers out and the traders will be back in, close today 8-12% up IMO rally into the close.
Even if we don't see it as I say it I will gladly take another blue day GLA
