And it's only just the Start .......... kdnc liked the figures at Zulu how many PIs or investment company's where also subject to these figures, they know KDNC is going ahead so why not jump in now before Friday, mates of mates and all that knowing this will fly

Would have been nice to be RNS then SP wouldn't have dropped MM probably wondering like the rest of the world where the shares are hence the initial drop and pull back yesterday

Could be on to something ! Firstly no major drop in SP, SP help above the placing price of 0.18p Normally you would see the same SP if not lower as PIs sold out but MM allowing the sellers to sell for more than the Ola img price. In two trading days Monday and Tuesday we have seen over 750m shares traded if these share had been sold to a seller to spin a quick profit large trades of 20m possibly 50m would have been seen. Remember how poor the AGM RNS was? Seems writer thought everyone knew what resolution 2 was (increase in share cap) Wouldn't be to surprised if a institutional investor or GR or possibly a friend has bought the 750m excellent SP and discount. Not mentioned in RNS (writer again thinks e everyone knows) Maybe someone else could explain why the SP didn't tank. Yesterday only 199m shares where traded and we pulled back in the SP maybe with another 50m trades we would have been even on the day. My theory fits in nicely if someone wants in and they want invefkre the sp flys as we have KDNC webinar on Friday. Going to be another interesting day imo will break highs of Monday and kick on into the rest of the week - GLA

You read the study on the website ? It's there in black and white New study due based on 90% ownership shortly and will no doupt be added to after the drilling maybe if you didn't read the one completed before you will take the time to read this one!

DOIRE would want a JV and give up a life time of profits at 90%, glad he isnt in charge of this company, we would have no dilution but own next to no assets as he would have given everything away to fund everything todate .......... haha you loon

Previously JV at RHA to pay for drilling etc Latest interview ATP price makes production possible Today raising 750k for drilling to optimise RHA No JV and we will still receive 90% of the profits Would you rather no placing and give stay say 20% for 750k ????? Will fly back up GR has just given the masses a second opertunity to top up cheap

GR just received 90% ownership the 750k means no JV partner so happy days production will start almost immediately this is a massive positive should fly GLA

Thing is the stars didn't line up as we would have all hoped in a ideal world but the are starting too now. We have overcome the crash in ATP price which whipped most Tungsten producers out and made development of new products vertically impossible. RHA is fully funded and apart from a small loan we are dept free which is hard to find in AIM ATP price now recovered to $325, ownership increased to 90% from 49% and all plant and equipment paid for and production able to start within weeks. Zulu why we would have all liked RHA to fund Zulu selling 30% for £5.1m isn't all that bad it means no more dilution for Zulu, it means DFS is covered and a true value can be put onto it. Kdnc will also be required to stump up 30% of their share of the $68m a figure put on plant and start up Zulu. How ever we could look at bringing another JV partner in after DFS and they could pay for plant along with KDNC or buy them out and we have a free ride. We where never going to own 100% of Zulu unless Circum was land a few months ago. So where are we at - RHA 90% ownership increase from 49% - RHA production within weeks - ATP price pushing past $325 forecasted to break $400 by the end of the year - Zulu JV confirmation and funded to DFS, selling 30% for £5.1m suggest a minimum valuation of £17m on Zulu alone which is still crazy cheap when looking at other resources it's been compared too, one that has a MC of over $1billion - Circum minerals a multi billion $ reserve that we own over 5% of possible IPO September $800m - ACRM gold shares more than doubled in price So anyone else think this is crazy cheap £15m MC MM need to let this go could see a massive jump imo talking 100s of % for consecutive days to re-rate to what we should be at. Will the MM let the shorters out is that why we are holding here? Are to the MM have a large order to fill. A lot of smart money will be moving back in here just look at the assets and the potential. Even short term holders know they could easy multi bag - strong and long want to see what Zulu and Circum bring to the party. Another interesting day / days and months ahead GLA

New study and valuation should be published due to ownership change and percentage increase from 49% to 90% at RHA production to start within weeks. Market needs to wake up PIs and the cash will return GLA

Document - RHA implimentry study done in 2015 states ATP price $325 has offtake discount applied and shows RHA making $30m a year so what's the difference between 49% and 90% well $14.7m or $27m per year. Current MC £15m Zulu JV covering Zulu to DFS Circum worth minimum of £10-15m Hard to think this could multiply very quickly looking at those figures and potential from Zulu and Circum on top near term could be looking at MC £150-200m onwards and upwards people just don't understand what PREM have and that's without mentioning the other assets or their 5% stake in a leading gold mind that has more than doubled recently .............. Marinville - the deal is class for KDNC imo They are paying prem in instalments which means they benifit from positive news flow of results and RNS updates this will increase both our share price and theirs meaning there dilution will be kept to a minimum

566m not bad for day one

Nothing breaks out in straight lines as ever rise has fluctuations due to PIs taking a profit and new PIs getting.
MM will also want to shake the share as they know there is a want and a easy way to cash in .
To think this touched 1.1p with out this news of ownership at 90% ATP rising, RHA production and Zulu funded to DFS so this could break out massively from here imo min MC could be in the range of £80-100m easy week or so GLA
