Suspension in trading. Further to the announcement of 3 July 2009, the Company reports that its attempts to raise additional funding have not proved successful. Accordingly, given the very limited cash balances, the Directors have requested an immediate suspension in the trading of the Company's shares pending clarification of the Company's financial position.

The Company has been notified that an employee has exercised options over 40,000 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') which had been granted under one of the Company's share option schemes. Application will be made for the 40,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. These new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 2 September 2009.

The Company has been informed that on 26 August 2009, following the exercise of options, Ariella Zochovitzky, non-executive director, sold 61,200 ordinary shares of the Company at 42.5 pence per share. Custom Power has agreed to be purchased by U.K.-based secure power solutions company Chloride Group plc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 1968, Houston-based Custom Power supplies secure power solutions and maintenance services to the oil and gas industry. The company is made up of six different business units operating in five states and Venezuela. Frank Reyna, president of Custom Power, will remain with the company. The acquisition also gives Chloride a base in Houston for its Chloride Industrial Systems unit.
