I won't be second guessing, my hands are steady deal or no deal.
I would expect hemo and Lilly to already have ironed out the details of the agreement with all the extra time from the extension. Lilly allowing the name drop is a massive sign of confidence, so is hemo committing heavily to PENN. I believe the deal is coming next week
You're right that hemo takes sole rights without Lilly if the time elapses. But Vlad explicitly said on the call that Lilly has a further 3 months after the work is complete to decide to license
I agree JHFH and I personally believe the deal will come next week, especially because of the financial commitment to PENN. Just making sure we are clear that officially it's possible that without extensions, it's still possible that the deal isn't done till December.
There will be an RNS very soon, and it will be either:
Further extension, Conclusion of pre-clinicals, conclusion and deal.
No Shuggy I don't agree that hemo can start looking for alternative agreements next week. That's not how I understood things at all
Vlad explained on the call that Lilly is due to complete their final work on CDX by the end of extension in early September and then Lilly will have until start December to decide to license. If Lilly didn't make a decision by start December, or if they decided not to in license. Hemo can license themselves or take to the market for another partner.
Tuesday the extension ends and we are due an RNS, but that RNS could be the final results and summary of pre-clinical stages without a deal yet
Some nervous investors panicking, if you're feeling the panic just look away for the rest of the day.
HL gives me dummy sell quote on 400k shares.
One of these days we'll see it! There's so much excitement for the Lilly RNS but think of all those other great projects and new projects that will RNS over the next 6-12 months. Lilly deal is just one (major) stepping stone.
Dw the drop might be scary but low volume at these high prices is great. Shares are sitting in some steady hands, a few small panic sells, but most sitting awaiting news for now.
The developments at hemo are potentially very special and those who say hemo can never reach £1 haven't read enough.
Well done Mjng!
I'm well over £250k gains now, so I have a large safety net to fall back on and see this through.
Fighting against temptation to slice and winning so far.
Yes mjng, didn't sell a single share. Holding strong.
Yes Let It Roll, today I'll be happy if the price closes at or above 15p, seems there is strong resistance there without news over last few days.
What makes this guy from the pub a credible source?
Hah "my wife is a bad luck charm". Think you need savvy decision making in other areas too
I managed to hold strong again today through the temptation to trade. Volume was much smaller today, I would imagine some jelly legs buys from yesterday getting out.
I agree lunus Vlad and the team are a tight ship and Vlad said many times this small company is so powerful because they know what to do with the research funds they are provided, if Vlad is willing to spend £750k on covid he must have a good plan.
Regarding CAR-T, have a look through Vlad's LinkedIn comments over the last couple months. On LinkedIn Vlad shared the news of the PENN deal and someone commented that they know other researchers in NY working on CAR-T and could reach out for a collaboration, Vlad replied "yes please, we have other projects!". Potential other CAR-T deal coming with someone based in NY.
Joey is right, money was committed, time was redirected and Vlad sounded very confident that hemo will contribute to covid. A side show it is, but still has potential to do wonders for our little market cap.
Wouldn't be against that, not planning to be there biggest player in the covid space. But Vlad made it sound like hemo will be a player.
