RE: What's with all the26 May 2018 15:24
TTP, that's my own interpretation.
Contacted company for two reasons a) I wanted to know if they expected to conclude work on the Financial Review as per the end of month time line and b) I wanted to know if they would notify the market.
Regarding the first, I wanted to know if those discussions were going well without drawing him into something he couldn't comment on (so saying things still pointed to an end of month conclusion automatically tells me that those discussions are going well. And getting that answer.at that stage also meant it was highly likely they would conclude on time). The second question I asked because I wanted to make sure I wasn't waiting for an update when there wouldn't be one.
Answers seemed VERY comfortably in the positive for me. Even if there's a delay, I sensed that there was complete confidence over the process (we should also be 'reasonably' confident given what the company have already said regarding FM and tariff - that level of company confidence is already in the public domain).
These are my interpretations. But they were strong enough to make me feel it is a done deal. And especially when put in the context of all the background research we've all done, including on GE (and their current struggles, Alstom, Lamu etc.), CMEC and China Belt and Road, and Mozambique EDM etc.)
