Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I have complete confidence in Scott Fletcher. His reputation matters to him. He's solid. He's aligned with holders. His buy of 5million is a massive insight into emerging confidence levels within the company. Turnaround is on, imo.
Good luck all!
The Fundamentals are strong with NCCL.
More rises to come!
Ncondezi website shows four major/ significant shareholders, holding 41.74% of the shares in issue.
Scott Fletcher*** -- 81,823,020 -- 19.92%
Africa Finance Corporation -- 54,988,520 13.39%
Michael Haworth* -- 16,759,462 4.08%
Mrs & Mr Weatherhead** -- 14,183,559 -- 3.45%
https://www.ncondezienergy.com/significant-shareholders/
Then how many shares held by LTHs?
How many being bought by folks hoping to stick it out to conclusion?
Think it would be safe to say that at the very least, got to be >70% held fairly tightly. More sizeable risies to come.
Fair SP/ Market cap, based on the news and facts we have, 5p - 10p. This before any further news.
Where 5p equates to a market cap of £20m, where Historic Costs (in-principle), owed by CMEC to NCCL, is £20m. Then factor in everything else!!
SP held back for buy orders. Can't keep it here forever. Director just £50K of stock when market cap at £3million at the time!
CMEC owe NCCL c.£20m in historic costs (agreed in-principle)
CMEC to pay Subscription Price for their 60% stake in project, using, I believe, a formula connected to Historic costs
NCCL continue to aim to hold 40% stake in projecy, but could sell this too - i.e. total buyout
Solar and Storage development brings Green credentials to this China/BRI supported project (i.e. NCCLs Ncondezi project). Where the project is listed as a priority project in agreements between China and Moz.
Yet market cap has only just passed £4million.
Prospects and upside are HUGE!
Large 538, 000 buy trade just gone through. Can only be as a large buy order, with MMs soaking up the sells.
Free float diminishing hard and fast!
Good luck folks!
Difficult to buy in quantity right now.
MMs definitely short of stock. Any sells will be going towards large buy orders.
LTHs who been here 4 or 5 years, looking at what WAY more.
Looking great for significant sustainable rises.
Good luck folks!
Scott's buying is a strong signal.
We remain crazily undervalued. In principle agreed historic costs owed by CMEC to NCCL are c.£20million along. Yet our market cap, £3million.
Then there's subscription price CMEC to pay for their 60% and the value of NCCLs 40%. Then add the grid level Solar and Storage developments, designed to support with unlocking shareholder value.
Massive upside here!
Agreed bladesharp - this is a great move. And the market thinks so too!
The story regarding China’s position on overseas coal projects is now being picked up in the news. The news is emphasising how projects ‘under construction’ will be steadily/ cautiously promoted and developed. Am confident that our EPC qualifies Ncondezi as under construction.

‘China’s funding for overseas coal projects under construction to release 300 million tonnes of emissions a year…’

China’s decision to stop funding new coal power projects overseas has been welcomed by climate experts, but they were equally disappointed by Beijing’s commitment for projects already under construction, pointing out that this could lead to 300 million tonnes of carbon emissions a year.
China’s top economic planner, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), on Monday released a document on the greening of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), which will see Beijing completely stop the construction of new coal power plants overseas but proceed cautiously on the ones already under way.
It is the first official document to provide clarity on Chinese President Xi Jinping’s pledge last September to stop building new coal power projects abroad.

The argument for the advanced status of the Ncondezi project is supported by the signed EPC and, as other LTHs have pointed out, with some development works already begun, arguably moving our project to 'under construction'.
Is clear that CMEC have made sure to put the project on the right path!
Thanks to some of our LTHs for finding out some very useful info and facts!
Which in turn fits really well with this article:

Mozambique: Government Intends to Slash Mozambique's Debt (01-04-2022)
[…]
‘President Filipe Nyusi also welcomed the return of good relations with the IMF. Speaking earlier in the week at an internal Frelimo Party meeting in the southern province of Inhambane, reported in Thusday's issue of the independent newssheet "Mediafax", he recalled the difficult moments he had faced following the public exposure, in April 2016, of the true extent of Mozambique's "hidden debts".’

‘At the Inhambane meeting, Nyusi revealed that even China had refused to grant any further loans, and had urged Mozambique to come to an agreement with the IMF.’

May well be that this IMF deal with Mozambique is the key catalyst. So is great to see it sorted!
On the basis of the alone, I’ve added another 185, 689 shares (went through on AQSE)
Good luck foks!
Two article, the first here posted elsewhere by one of our LTHs:

Good find bladesharp. As you say, only a matter of days till we find out. Feeling quietly confident.
Good day all
This recent news is amazing!
Have continued to pop regularly to learn of the situation as it deteriorated/ progressed/ improved. But decided not to post as had been so badly wrong on too many occasions.
Way back, really felt that ZM was on our side. What a piece of 5h1t. If ever cummupemce was deserved, it is here and with ZM.
I sense this will back in some form. You don't fight to keep going unless you knew it was worth the fight.
Enormous thanks to the regulars and especially to Looed!
Outlook is much improving here, making these levels a bargain.
redeyemines, gawd knows what price GCM on presenting, but we can see the overall project is now a little bigger still than previous plans, and previous plans involved a 6000MW total.
The energy park idea is significant. Can't imagine they've just come up with that without checking in with Hasina/ GoB. Also, this announcemnt shows that China back on with funding foreign coal projects. I think they have a cut-off point of c.2025 for funding project in development. Today's RNS signals that things are expected to happen.
