Today's results have confirmed just how good the prospects are. The company is an absolute cash machine.

I wouldn't be surprised if Pinchuk bids within the next couple of weeks.

If Pinchuk was keen on RPT when he bought his recent 24% stake, then he will be very happy indeed with today's results.

A bid for the company still a distinct possibility and perhaps even more so now that such excellent prospects have been confirmed in the results.
