Looking ahead, the Company has a lot to do on its wide spread of claims in the Walker Lane Belt of Nevada, which offer the potential not only for large scale copper deposits but also for gold and silver in the vicinity of numerous historic mining areas. Constructive field work during and since the reporting period is consolidating work already done and continuously building a clearer picture of this potential. Initiatives will continue to develop a partnership for a major drilling campaign to delineate a copper porphyry. At the Western Milling joint venture, with the all-important environmental permit now secured, first production of gold and silver concentrates is in sight, despite some technical delays which are not uncharacteristic for this type of project and are currently being dealt with. The identification of a second porphyry setting at Eastside Mine and the recent Pooling Agreement with Bronco Creek Exploration add a significant new leg to the copper story and help build the picture of a potential new copper district which, if proved up, will have Great Western at its heart. Few new major copper mines have been discovered in recent times and a decarbonising world will become highly dependent on copper, as electrification progressively replaces hydrocarbons for the world's energy needs. All Great Western's business activities are interesting, but the confirmation of a major copper discovery would be of the highest significance for the Company.

Lots of value points to come in the short term which will give the share price a boost.

Brian Hall (CHAIRMAN gwmo) has recently (August 2024) purchased millions of shares at 0.04...I have and will continue to add to my holding. Gold price making record highs daily and production days away. I always follow the insides (director purchases) rather than the derampers/rampers and others that cannot put a proper sentence together..... The two copper plays are truly exceptional and exciting.

That's a good question, I may email the company.

The past is the past. We have all bought shares at the wrong time. SELL and move on.

We have a new Chairman who has invested his money at higher prices....We are looking FORWARD ..not BACKWARD.

A bit of advise for you "Goingtomoonufo" If you are so despondent on GWMO....please sell up and find a company that you can finally be OPTIMISTIC about.

If you have read APRO message you will see that they are working mines in the area of similar GRADES of copper. If we get 25% of the project going forward and a big partner takes 75%, I will be over the "Moon" we will 20 Bag from here!

When GWMO signed the MOU (joint venture) in July 2022, all the planning and profitability of the mining operation was for a Goldprice of circ $1750 per ounce.

Brian said in an interview about the joint venture......

“To keep the lights on initially and prevent further shareholder dilution”, He certainly didnt’ plan on it being “loss making”... as some posters have indicated. No sure how a previously successful professional would plan a mine to be loss making!

Gold is now $2313 - $563 per ounce higher (having reached a high of over $2400 recently)...If they were planning on making $500 per ounce profit in 2022, they will now be making $1000 per ounce profit.. thats a 100% uplift.

The Copper asset is the Company maker! Huge progress has been made on that front recently... read the recent RNSs

Some analyst are predicting $4000 gold, Copper reached an all time high recently.

Its a WIN WIN situation, Your broker makes money, the Market Makers makes money... and the poor punter who has bought GWMO at 0.67 who has put a 20% stop loss (a market order that the Market Maker can see) has LOST!

Market Makers are no different, they want to Buy low and sell high, or Sell high and buy low -Thats my guess on this occasion

Last week on a day of VERY high volume they were 80% of Buys to 20% of Sells (I know this these figures never accurate) so the Market Makers were short of stock to deliver.

They have closed relationships with all the brokers that hold our share in Nominee accounts.

Lets say Blogsink Nominee (my made up name) holds 5% of GWMO in their Nominee Accounts.

Quick call to Blogsink Nominee..we are running short of XXXX Shares in Great Western Mining to deliver to new buyers, can you lend us XXXX for 3% and we will return them in XX days. No problem Sir!

A couple of days later, the demand for Great Western shares have diminished as all the buyers in GWMO have bought and volumes have dropped. The MM drop the price on Low Volume... Yesterday -16% on 10 million sells..thats a £6K and GWMO loses in its market cap at least £500 000.

The price continues to drop and with a large spread (to scare buyers) until they have their filled their shortfall...so shares sold SHORT to buyers at 0.067 and repuchased much lower! HAPPY DAYS!

Quick call back to Blogsink Nominee “thank you sir, we are ready to return your loan shares we will be in touch soon should we need any further loans”...find enclosed your 3%.

To prevent this Market Manipulation we can all put a limit SELL on our shares.. at say 3p. This is now a market order and our Nominee shares can not be loaned out!

Its got easy to Manipulation with Nominee Accounts - The good olds days of Share Certificates!

My main reason I am invested in GWMO

I am excited about the mill and the company been cash generative ....but it’s NOT the reason I have invested.

The real reason:-

The massive copper find reported in November 2023 to add to their previous JORG.

The High grade gold and silver finds.

The Rare Earth minerals.

The copper could be MASSIVE and the company maker as Brian Hall indicated in the presentation....

...a lot of exciting to come in 2024...Happy New year to all holders.

Each party has their own ore and is processed separately ...Cost are shared 50/50. Check out this paragraph from the pdf link you have posted...

Each partner has its own raw material available for processing which will be batch-processed and not commingled, except where the JV itself decides to buy in third party material and process it jointly. The JV will be a profit centre and earn a throughput fee from whoever owns the material being processed.

So your calculations are incorrect.

Great Western Mining Corporation PLC (AIM - GWMO, Euronext Growth - 8GW), which is exploring and developing gold, silver and copper targets in Nevada announces that a final concrete pour on the Western Milling LLC joint venture's mill site at Sodaville in Mineral County was completed over the past weekend after a number of weather and supply-related delays. The mill site is now ready for the installation of pre-prepared equipment. Timing of production start-up for gold and silver concentrates, initially via gravity separation, will depend on receipt of consent from the state environmental authority. Further updates will be provided when appropriate.

Setanta1......We have a new chairman and a new direction/future, what has happened in the past is the PAST!. You cannot look back as a investor..we look forward. I see a very bright future and hold 1% of the company!
