Martin I don't know what the valuation of VTIQ is, also because there's the issue of share warrants (available only on US market, not on HL) which I guess would affect the valuation, but I have no idea about it. I bought VTIQ following my own research but could be totally wrong, some people were advising to buy only after merger, some beforehand because sp expected to go up once it becomes NKLA and becomes more visible (lots of people have heard of Nikola but you'd have to look for VTIQ). I bought them now so will hold for the time being waiting for the first truck deliveries in 2021. Ceres is also maybe indirectly involved as Bosch is involved but not sure about that, I just hope the trucks will sell well haha
BB yes, but Nikola will build trucks with Iveco in Germany, the structure is already there, they're not starting from zero, and will have NEL and Bosch (involved with Ceres) for the fuel cells. Japan and Korea may be better advanced at this stage but Europe, Germany in particular, seems well placed as well
Good afternoon, I also am invested in CWR and in another few H2 stocks.
I am very keen to invest in Nikola trucks, or indeed in VTIQ ahead of the merger, hoping that the sp will surge once it becomes NKLA, however I am not sure whether it will shoot up with the merger or flop miserably as it is already quite expensive at $30 with nothing to show for it.
Ceres is associated with Bosch, which will also work with Nikola, so a success for Nikola may also benefit Ceres.
Any thoughts from any of you about it, will Nikola ever take off ir is it unrealistic, and will it be better to invest before or after the merger?
Thank you
Stokey12 yes, Jacknife and some others supporting him, I don't know if he has an axe to grind with PHE or what but he seems pretty certain of what he says and he provided a link to support his thoughts Https://www.*************.com/views/49221/powerhouse-energy-bonkers-valuation-or-quadruple-bonkers
I didn't follow the link to read it, maybe I will, I just read the comments from others on it.
Thankfully there seem to be other people with different thoughts but I just wanted to ask you guys here what you think of it as you have way more knowledge of the company than me.
I really, really want this company to succeed, not only as an investment but mainly because it would help solve the plastic pollution disaster

Hello, that was me. But how do I cross post from advfn? I would have to c&p as I think you need to join to see the BB even if it's free, surely I can't do that?
They're really negative on that chat room, worryingly so..
Thank you Bilboburgler, can I ask you why do you think that Toyota is more likely to succeed than Nikola? And regarding the infrastructure, Nikola wants to build that as well, as part of their leasing structure, do you think this is totally unrealistic?
I thought that was the main reason to justify the high sp (nearly $30 on nothing) but it will all collapse if they cannot sell trucks and therefore cannot raise the money to build the H2 refuelling stations, unless some big players come into play, like the oil giants.
I want it to succeed but it sounds like a catch-22 and can't decide whether it's overpriced or a brilliant idea and opportunity.
Good evening, just out of interest, has any of you invested in Nikola and thinks that they will succeed with their fuel cell trucks business, and do you think the oil companies will side with the H2 companies investing in the transition?
I have invested in a few H2 companies, including ITM, but I'm a bit worried with the soon-to-be-nkla sp and worried it may flop. I hope not because I really hope we can transition away from ice, especially for heavy duty transport.
Thank you
Does any of you have access or participate in the PHE chat page on advfn? They seem to sing a totally different tune there, very very negative. I know it's a different website and I don't know if I can discuss it but is there any meat in what they say about debts, impossible projects, nothing accomplished, nothing to sell etc? Thank you
Good afternoon all, I'm a total newby to this board, I stumbled across it by chance and I am so glad I did! I've been invested in PHE for a while, I've seen it lose around 50% of its value in March and cringed, was tempted to abandon ship (as I did with AFC as I didn't like the directors attitude), and I am so glad now that I decided instead to stick with it after reading all your comments for the last couple of months!
I invested in this company because I love the concept, my life dream has always been to find a solution to the plastic pollution problem and thought that a company which turns it into a valuable asset and produces H2 in the process deserved an investment even if it takes 10 years. I just so hope now that all projects will steam ahead and that the concept will be rolled out not only nationwide but worldwide.
I am so glad that I found this forum full of knowledgeable people who seem to want the same thing and really understand not only the science of the process but also the economics.
I wish you all (and me) good luck and may the conversation continue, and most importantly may PHE help the planet to breath!
I also found this article this morning and wanted to invite your opinion on it

Thank you Iseo. I searched Google but didn't find any explanation. 17M seems such a large large buy sum and I'm puzzled that it hasn't affected the sp at all (only fractionally), I follow other shares and haven't seen anything similar.
I sold WPP as it had a bad outlook but now starting to wonder if it was the right decision...
Hello, I'm a complete newby, so please don't maul me for my ignorance or stupidity, but can I ask anybody to comment on those two large buys, one today for 9M and one yesterday for 8M, both at 16.40 or so? Who would have put all that money into this, and why has the sp not changed at all?? Thank you for any comment or explanation.
