I think the majority of people can kiss any money invested goodbye, not even worth selling at an 87.1% loss for me. Sit and hope... Although it'll never get to over 5p again but maybe delisted and the shell bought by another company, maybe..

On 29 April 2026, the Company announced the appointment of administrators to its UK operating subsidiary, Mirriad Limited. Following this appointment, it has become apparent that a number of key supplier and employee contracts are held by Mirriad plc rather than Mirriad Limited. As a result, certain liabilities and obligations associated with the Group's business sit within Mirriad plc. The directors of Mirriad plc (the "Board") have therefore resolved to place Mirriad plc into administration in order to protect and preserve value for creditors and stakeholders. Philip Reynolds of FRP Advisory and Robert Ferne of Begbies Traynor have therefore been appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company ("Administrators").

The appointment is intended to support an orderly process in respect of the Company's remaining assets and liabilities, including the realisation of the Group's intangible assets. If creditors are repaid in full, the Administrators' current expectation is that the Company may be able to exit administration on a solvent basis, following which control would be returned to the Board.

Shareholders should note that this outcome remains subject to a number of factors, including the level of realisations achieved, the quantum of admitted creditor claims, and the costs of the administration. There is no guarantee that such realisations will be achieved, and should they not, any residual value to transpire from the administration process will be distributed to the agreed creditors and, should funds permit, the Company's shareholders with the Company being dissolved thereafter. The Company's ordinary shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.

As a result of the appointment of the Administrators, the Company will no longer be able to convene the general meeting pursuant to the requisition notice announced on 28 April 2026.

It's hard to predict what is going to happen, I've had shares suspended/delisted and never seen again, suspended/delisted and then been offered money back for shares as the company was bought out (not the listing), suspended/delisted and the listing bought by another AIM company and have a few that have been suspended for over a year now and not yet delisted..

Richard Edwards, through various trading accounts, ISA, and SIPP, along with Charlotte Edwards' ISA and SIPP, and Coat Capital Ltd, has seen their total voting rights in CAPAI PLC decrease to 18.75%, representing 78,979,365 ordinary shares, down from a previous holding of 19.19%. This change in major holding was notified on May 1, 2026, with the threshold crossing occurring on April 29, 2026.

No idea really but it's not uncommon to see low amount of shares being bought... If only we would ask the people/persons doing it!

Maybe having just a small amount of shares limits you from losing any money while at the same time gives you access to the company like AGM invites etc, before you decide to invest more? Lowering loss risk?

Always thought selling 1 share was to test the price you would get..

You won't be able to sell untill the shares have been adjusted in line with consolidation where they will go back to the previous share price but showing at the new higher share price (divide the amount of shares you have by 100 x it by the new share price and that's the real value).

Or maybe this was all done on purpose, crash the share price, someone buys the company..SP moves up, then they selll their shares and make a nice bit of profit.

Yeah, I think someone is going to take it over. Doubt it will affect share price though but keep it alive longer and move up enough to make the new buyer a bit of cash when/if they sell shares.

This notification, dated April 24, 2026, indicates an acquisition of voting rights, with no additional voting rights held through financial instruments. Ahmad is based in London and does not control any other undertakings holding an interest in Mirriad Advertising plc.

Or hoping it might go the same way as Guild Esports which delisted and the listing was bought by ALRT, people made a handsome profit when that happened (inc myself) as the share price value went from 0.011 to almost 5p.

Well consolidation 'boosted' the share price but seems what ever the reason, it failed in whatever it was done to do. Can't see anyone buying the company so it seems to be going one way.. Will it avoid delisting..

I bought in around 0.56, I'm only about 87% down on paper.

I assume you would have had 10x the amount of shares you have now if you bought pre consolidation..
