People are fixating on the lower end here. We have 1st dibs on an area with a 40mln oz possibility. If a farmer sells his field, he'll get 4k per acre. If you subsequently build houses on that land in years to come, that farmer will get a good percentage of that because it's in the contract when you buy it! The fsp won't just be kept to the confirmed resources.
