You would be stupid to sell right now. There are so many reasons why this is going to double in 6month-12month. My advice is to forget about the daily SP and just come back in 6 months. Your mind will be blown!

Thanks for all your help and and especially to IanP for his supporting comment. I have researched and found that companies pay dividends to attract a investors and create a demand for their stock. Usually companies who are very stable!

Thanks guys. I’m not searching for dividends, I was simply trying to work out why companies give dividends as I don’t understand other than to keep the shareholders happy why they would do it? That’s all

Great news that Newcrest have approved the 146 million AUD funding. I think we will see a little SP boost tomorrow morning to 35 ish! GLA

Hi team, just a question that has baffled me recently. What ever happened to the $90m buy that was supposed to happen by GDXJ to on December 18th? My understanding is that there weren’t enough shares available for them to buy. Does anyone know what’s happening about that? Thanks
