BOIL is up a further 40% so far this morning !

A cash raise/dilution should we not secure no merger or takeover moving forward ..

Nothing would surprise me anymore with this little gem of a share !

IF I were a gambling man I would of sold half my shares here at a 7.5k loss and put the money into BOIL !

I have literally made 80% on my investment there over the last few days ..

Could of took the profit and reinvested it back into this and sat back until whenever Rahul and co decided to announce something/anything positive !!

My point is when will our turn come, seems like forever and a day !!!

5p would be a good exit point but 10p would be nicer ;-)

Cause it's ALL smoke and mirrors !

Nothing will come of it and it will cost US the shareholders 15k of which the majority will be spent on wining & dining ;@

Similar thing happened with McColls earlier this year, offer came in from Morrisons and was rejected, then Asda boys offered, company went into Admin and guess what Morrisons took them over, that stink'd to high heaven !

Nothing protects the shareholder, ultimately the funding source, we are used and thrown away like a old pair of slippers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Means a whole lot of nothing IMO.

Thoughts on how much we'd get if bought ?

Well based on what Mr. Beetham has said and done we should all be loading up shouldn't we ?

Having said that my average is 60p not 21p so we are poles apart, plus I'm sadly not a multi millionaire so every penny is precious especially as I'm desperately trying to buy my aging parents of 83 a bungalow in the next couple of years.

If I could afford to take the risk I would based on his confidence alone, but sadly at this time TLW (Rahul) is not filling me with confidence!

Whilst I think the SP could hit 50p by Xmas the hefty debt concerns me and for that reason I am further risk adverse at this time !!

So here is the ultimate question !

Q. What has Rahul actually achieved since his appointment ?

The hefty debt has always been the problem, and it will continue to be so ..

The merger may have resolved this but now we are back to square one again!

Only option I see for TLW now is a alternative merger, part buyout or total buyout!!
