This is my biggest single investment 40k+ but risk vs reward is worth it!

Having my own business doesn't allow for holidays or a normal life in fairness so this given time could give back all those things :-)

Fish123 - 50k down overall, but 25k down on initial investment.

Been invested in BOIL since 2020, one of my first investments, always liked the assets, think this is the one where I will claw it back and lots lots more ..

Scoobyscraggles - after seeing such a encouraging few days have loaded up to my absolutely maximum, sold out of a few more shares this morning to take from 28.5 to 30 million.

TBH none of those I have sold recently has anywhere near the massive potential returns here.

My portfolio in 20/21 was 25k in profit then this year lost that plus a further 25k.

Like I say 2-3p would be awesome for me and future goals.

Was lucky I had the surplus back in 2020 to start my investing ..

I loaded up this week @ .12 and .13, would rather be in now as a mid-long term investor.

What would be the situation IF an accepted offer was taken before the 29th on either asset ..

Why pay more when you can get them at .12 having said that for the investor some will want to take them now to be sure.

For some of those who can sell above .12 they will then wait for their opportunity to buy back at .12

So yes .12 placing is restricting this going much beyond .13 - .14 (max)

The quicker more shares are taken, then given a bit of time perhaps consolidation, then subject to a total different set of rules to the game / outcomes.

For now we just need to keep pushing forward, am sure the rest will fall into place ..

Fish123 - the fact that we are now being advised of TR1's is a good thing, and I am sure more will follow as donnotpanic stated.

When larger investments are announced in the form of TR1's this gives more confidence to the average investor and to the open marketplace that the company is going in the right direction and well lets hope lots more will be loading up too!

STOCKBUSTER - this is why I got a good chunk of mine out too, still have faith in TLW long term, and will put another 20k next April but I don't believe much will happen before then anyway.

TLW is a slow burner, you won't lose much on it, but then again atm you won't make much on it either!

Rahul's inherited hefty debt is the main problem here, saying that only needs one BIG announcement and it could spike, just not confident that is anytime soon.

I feel it only right to apologize to all that had to read my negative posts.

I really am a more than half full type of guy, it just took me by surprise, especially after watching the seminar, and reading various posts stating that the company was fully funded throughout 2023.

Obviously I've been checking in today whilst trying to work too ! lol

Seems to be much ramping on Twitter of which I tend to ignore, it's the balanced posts of HFB and others I tend to feed off, and to those who gave words of wisdom this morning I thank you :-)

I guess when you've seen so many dilutions over the last few years and companies becoming lifestyle you start to question credibility etc.

On numerous occasions I have said I believed in the asset of which I still do, that was never in question, my concern was the statement that was made then suddenly to read an unexpected RNS at 7am sent my nerves a little crazy especially like all I have so much riding on this, not for me, but for my parents.

As a result I have practically sold out at TLW today and now hold here a total of 28.5 million shares.

It was good to see RB return with part of his profits from a few weeks ago :-)

Am very hopeful that this will be the life changing share we all deserve!

Have significantly reduced my holding here to top up elsewhere (BOIL) with better prospects at this time.

Should hit 50p by Xmas with a bit of luck by am happy either way to top up again in ISA next April.

Had to load up due to the increased amount of shares entering the open market.

So 18.5 million shares x 3p = that'd buy a nice 3 bed bungalow and if any left over my camper van !
