Based on previous positions held would guess this may be his Swan Song due to his age also, and when you are earning 16k+ per month motivation is not at its optimum anyways especially if guaranteed which it has been for some while regardless of asset sales or not!

His bedroom interview car crash has left me feeling that way for a time. To say this has become a lifestyle company would be questionable but the proof will be in the pudding and really the heat is now being turned up on him to deliver.

If we did not have Andy Butler then tbh I probably wouldn’t still be invested as he gives me the confidence.

I just hope for us all this doesn’t become about greed driven by the expectations of one man alone and his exit strategy and retirement.

Just like TL, there is / has been the option to pump this to Darwin, if TL truly cares about their people then either solution yields BIG money for their pot!

June is going to be everything or nothing, would be content with an extension on the drill/drop decision tbh as shows talks ongoing re Chuditch.

As for here, well I believe good things will happen given patience, risk vs reward and not missing the investment, time will tell :-))

Trouble is unless there is progression on the assets we hold then there is no real SP movement.

Most other shares produce something or sell something so there is fluctuation, our movements are all based on rumors and potential asset sale.

So I agree 100% with you Davies102, the amount he is getting paid plus expenses to push paperwork is an insult to us all.

The thing is this isn't about Andy Yeo it's about Andy Butler and John Ford, yet the lion share of wages and expenses goes to someone who is in my opinion backward in coming forward, communication from AY, well frankly it's like getting blood from a stone, actually comes across as out of his depth, non-engaging and a bit like it's all too much effort to address us shareholders.

If there is no positive June news on either asset then he needs to be questioned as to his credentials and capabilities moving forward.

200k+ is an immense salary for under achievement.

Andy Yeo might appear out of his depth regarding the knowledge of the assets but the man did state a rise towards 1p with an outright sale of 3.7p.

So, if that is all he is good for then I'll take that providing he weren't telling porkies !!

Company Update

Vast Resources plc, the AIM-listed mining company, is pleased to announce an update in relation to the Asset Backed Debt facility from A&T Investments SARL ("Alpha") as announced on 16 May 2022, the debt owed to Mercuria Energy Trading SA ("Mercuria") relating to Tranche A of the Prepayment Agreement announced on 21 March 2018 and the anticipated settlement of the historic claims in Zimbabwe.

As announced on the 16 May 2022, the totality of the debt owed to Mercuria and Alpha (currently approx. GBP7.3m) was due to be repaid on or before Monday 15 May 2023. The Company is currently concluding documentation regarding an extension to 30 June 2023 that will allow the necessary time to finalise the settlement of the historic claims in Zimbabwe.

The Company can confirm that Andrew Prelea, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, is currently in Zimbabwe as the Company finalises the recovery of the historic parcel of 129,400 rough diamonds held in safe custody at the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe pursuant to the High Court Order in the Company's favour.

The Company will update the market with further details in due course.

This share reminds me of the other one I am heavily invested in - 'BOIL' and until firm news have landed on either of these they are quite simply 'traders shares' !!

Have gained many grey hairs in a short space of time lol

The way I see it is that the 3x 5 mil buys are purely for trading purposes.

When the SP spikes again they will be sold, now if these were 3 x 25 mil buys I would be more intrigued !
