I have found it more difficult to work out Arcm vision and planning, especially beyond Zambia. I have a good feeling at present that news will be forthcoming re Zambia, Anglo wouldn’t have come back a second time and spent so long here if not the case.
It is hard to see how they transform to a medium scale producer, but it could be highly profitable

It’s taking time and the fact that already it’s the second time Anglo have returned it must be really promising. The share price however seems to indicate they can’t complete the JV. Come on NvS let’s see a great deal finalised, especially as we will still hold 30%!

Interesting you mention Arcm Bumble1968 Arcm and UFO are my two biggest holdings, with both I just can’t understand why no value from the jv proposal is built into the price

I have exactly the same sentiment, I just don’t get the market cap of Arcm when you consider the potential assets and the stage of development we’re at, including backing from Anglo. This has been for quite some time, they were first expressing interest in 2020.
I’m still hopeful we suddenly rerate , which mining development companies sometimes do spectacularly

I could understand that more, hopefully UFO should have crystallised plenty of value by then, producing iron ore and EH silver , perhaps a resources and precious metals bull too

I think a complete takeover bid at this would be fairly unlikely but wouldn’t be surprised to see a major take a big stake, maybe AA increase their interest

Agree, UFO has the look of EUA in 2019, huge PGM resources in
Munni , lots of high grade silver in EH. Much safer jurisdiction
than EUA too!

I know what you are thinking Andy. The continuing decline in SP
is hard to fathom, with respect to the riches and potential that
UFO has. A strong silver price rally would certainly do the trick, and I am really surprised silver has languished for so long

It should rerate they are keeping 30% interest in the licences which is quite high if there’s any Tier 1 deposit.

It’s looking promising, but not quite sure how easy it would be to liquidate Tingo. Also Sturec might yield some extra funds

Arcm well Capitalised at present, we are really waiting for the Anglo update.
Anyone know about Zambia, we haven’t had any updates and I thought that exploration was continuing there
