Potential2Rise what projects have you seen with £3bn in the ground cheaper than this? I guess the value is there’s been a recent Silver Mine closed about 25 years ago and really good infrastructure to restart production

The last suspension was disappointing, but I have a really good feeling about West Coast Silver. We know it’s incredibly high grades, and I think the JORC could well surprise on the upside.

If it spikes suddenly above 10p it might well be worth taking some profits because it might well be overbought on such. I have a feeling good news could cause sudden spikes in the short term share price

Very likely see a rerate from here. There’s some risks, but also even more opportunities with more mineral rich land to explore. Congratulations to SML board, and valuation quite conservative too. This company is more than Tungsten alone, and proves the value in exploring close to previous mine workings

It’s 20k shares not £20k total. But I think FAB is the sort of stock you can blink and the 20k shares will be £20k total!

I think you’re right, we bounce back again. There’s so much news flow due still in the next few months and £100m or so at the moment is far too small

If I remember correctly there are several mine shafts nearby, I think that’s Kit Hill. I was working there 2-3 years ago, and took a walk afterwards, well before I heard of SML. I don’t know if it would be Tin or Tungsten there, probably both with copper and silver too. In some ways it was a shame they truncated the rail link from Kelly Bray with all these newly discovered mines

That’s a brilliant summary Overhyped! The drop has caught a few of us off guard, particularly in terms of how spectacular the grades were of Tungsten. This might be sub £100m for a while, but it’s certainly not going to stay here for long!

I know it’s absolutely crazy! So often this happens, I think there were probably many people intent on selling today. The narrative is still the same though and Charles Masters et al are moving forward quickly to commercially exploit Redmoor. I would have sold some of my holding at 10p+ but not at this subdued price

What if the MRE surprises us to the upside, and puts the mineral wealth say at £2bn?- That should blow the current share price right out of the water, and we should quickly rerate to double figures. I think the MRE will come at around £1bn-, but SML have a recent track record of unexpected good news

The last time I was waiting for an MRE was with EEE. They rose significantly on hype beforehand but have fallen back with little news on commercialisation of their big titanium find. I think SML could be different with them already seemingly lining up commercialisation

I wouldn’t be worried with all the awesome drilling results that SML have announced recently. However I am so much more encouraged that there is an agenda to rapidly develop and commercialise Redmoor which is not yet understood or reflected in the share price

Looks like there was a spate of late buying, although tbh fairly small volume for the day

Why no mining until 2032? With Tungsten a critical mineral, and Redmoor has great grades, they would surely prioritise it

Who knows? I am surprised not to see us higher at around 6p or so . It might be that we drop back on the news, or it might be that the MRE is so positive people buy on the news rather than sell on the news

What about also allowing for the recoverable Tin, Silver and Copper, I am sure they are also included in the MRE

It’s interesting how there is often an immediate share price fall at the start of trading which doesn’t last. You need to be really quick to add

I could see 13p with the MRE, but I think 20p is probably much too optimistic- unless the MRE comes out with a simultaneous JV , which I wouldn’t rule out with SML

Has Coffey also taken a £4.7m stake in SML just across the Tamar in Kelly Bray. They are getting some good Tungsten grades, and could be be planning a mutually beneficial takeover or merger of TUN with SML? It seems logical, the latter have higher grades too

EEE rose much in anticipation, but has fallen back because they didn’t have any rapid plans to commercialise their huge titanium discovery. Thus they fell back sharply and have drifted ever since. There is an urgent need for Tungsten, and SML will surely have rapid development plans, which I think they will announce in a short time. I think there will be a peak with the MRE, these exploration and mining development companies usually show a classic Lassonde curve
