I have had the same figure in mind for sometime and was a little worried someone could pick these up very cheap. But with the share price up at £9 in the last 12 months im sure they would have to offer close to the price to strike a deal. As I have said most investors are in over £8. GLA

True spread is 114.8:116.96

Even if they wanted more cash I could not see them doing a share issue at this low price. Surely it would be better to get price back over £5 and then come to the market for money. Only my option.

Also check recent RNSs , his family and friends have been buying shares in the company.
