I think there is minimal sells by PI's, just some that are trading in the 5% range and some out of need.
Since we left the FSP IMO most of the activity we see on the exchange is manipulation, open shorts and longs to move the SP (small sells and buys) here on the exchange so the real activity can happen in the Dark Pools as the SP interlinks between the 2. Then the large Kipper is smacked on the exchange or as more recently kippers divided into smaller ones to hide further.

Another tweet by Dimitry, to me seems to becoming more vocal and most recently about hydrogen. Could it be that MT and WK are linked to Japan and JV to develop as battery metals district at this point

noted the small -ve trades today but nothing reported as you say and no big kippers
Also have you noticed the +ve volume spikes have not been there for about a week, (showing and disappearing until they finally land).
It will no doubt have something todo with the Dark Pools and what needs to be reported on the exchange. The 10m on loan could be sat there and opened closed within a day so not reported on the exchange.
All guess work - need to find an insider

I do believe that EUA are in a unique position whereby, (depending what it looks like) after the 'significant' asset sale they could be worth more when the JV gets into full flow and what ever else we are not privy to at the moment, which I think could be an eye opener.
