The warrants and options only need to be exercised prior to record date for dividend. Personally think the winning bid/bids will be announced with any circular, ex dividend date announced and then SP re rates and we will see them exercised prior to record date IMO.

I find interesting that the people with the proposal for substantially all of the assets have aloud anyone back to the table. Something like increased valuation imo has aloud others back in and EUA to open the door. What ever has happened offers must have timelines built in. I would have thought there is huge pressure from those trying to buy to get things over the line.

So £4m for 75% of all 9 mines I believe, £3.7m to pay. The 31m left IMO must be for Nyud 25% and then the Warrant £35m potentially for Poaz 25%.

Evening Mac, do you know if there is a major difference in what's in the ground at Nyud/MT + Flanks and Poaz. Following on from last nights asset sale/full company sale conversation it would make sense that if different

It will be day traders selling and MM's selling to one another to hold price where it needs to be and give the illusion that people are selling.
There are that many mid priced trades going through it is obvious games are afloat - nothing new, has been going on since 12th May.

As you say Geeko, no one knows time lines. WA came on board in April, now no one even came close to that. Proposals on table on May 12th, concentrated on substantial one but the others could have come back on the 13th with better offers and have been worked through since then.

Evening Mac, I don't really understand what constitutes the FSP requirement and what doesn't. To me 'substantially all assets' isn't a million miles away from a full company sale apart from legal/technical differences so why it is treated outside is beyond me.
You answer kind of answers the question I had of if it was a full sale would we have to go back into FSP process.

So cash in the bank for JV Is 35m and if I read the above correct 75% of all JV has 3.7m left to pay (not a lot for 75% of 104+mOz) the rest must be for the additional 25%

In September we cut back to $15m from a larger proposal made by a consortium of US professional institutional investors, again without discount, at the market price of 26p. We are now fully funded to fulfil our commitments in relation to the Rosgeo JV.
