Dear Supporter,
Thank you for your support so far. Time is running out to vote against the warrants, and we would urge anyone who has not yet done so to contact their platform or submit their proxy cards if they hold the shares direct.
We have provided answers for the most common questions sent to us:
What resolutions do I need to vote for/against to vote down the warrants?
To vote down the warrants, you will need to vote AGAINST resolution 1 and 2.
What do resolutions 3 and 4 mean?
If resolution 3 and 4 are passed, this would allow the board to do further placings in the future. Please note, resolutions 3 and 4 represent share issue limits that are usual for AIM companies and whether you vote for or against depends on whether you trust the new board to allow placings that are in the best interest of the company.
If I vote and then sell my shares will my vote still count?
NO, your votes will be checked on the day of the GM and if you have sold your shares they will not be counted.
What can I do if my platform doesn’t allow proxy voting?
Unfortunately, the options for this are limited. You may be able to transfer your holdings to an alternative platform and still be able to vote. Alternatively, you could sell your shares and buy back in with a different platform however you may not have access to the funds in time for the voting cut off.
We are aware of a Remote Monitored Systems support Telegram group, if you would like to join this group click here.

Several shareholders have asked whether Gareth Cave is unable to vote because he is in a “concert party”. This is incorrect, he is still allowed to vote his shares. However, shareholders should not rely on Gareth Cave’s votes to defeat the warrant issue. The more people voting against the more chance you have of defeating the warrants.
Every vote counts!
